Booked this home for my best friend's 50th Birthday. It was seven guys and we had more than enough space. The house was perfect for our needs. Spacious, clean, and a pool! Warning, the driveway is very very steep. We didn't rent any cars so it wasn't a problem. The house is built very high up. Nicole the house manager...

Our family (party of 8 in ages ranging from 11 to 77) stayed 3 nights while in Manuel Antonio. The house is very nice and clean. The driveway is very steep so if in a vehicle without 4 wheel drive, just park at the bottom of the driveway. There is a pool outside that is very nice and refreshing after...

My family and I recently stayed at Casa Kalani for 3 nights during our trip to Costa Rica. The house is nice and clean, and although we did not spend much time there, we did enjoy our time. The location is great; we were never too far from many restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The house itself is well-maintained, and...

Very Cool place to stay. We loved the fact that we could set on the porch and watch the Monkeys playing in the trees, also saw Toucans and Sloth's all from the the porch. Pool is a great way to cool off of an evening. Very convenient to Manual Antonia National park and Quepos. Don't miss dinner at El Avon,...

My family stayed at Casa Kalani Aug. 17-24, 2013. It was 3 days before we had hot water for shower or dishes. On the morning of our last day all 220 systems died which left us with absolutely no water, hot orcold, and no air conditioners which there is only AC in the bedrooms and one of them leaked water so...

I will quickly say that we loved our stay at Casa Kalani! (April 2011). Location: ideal once we oriented ourselves: Quick walk to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach, Manuel Antonio Nat'l Park, Quepos... Photos were spot-on: the house is lovely: clean, new appliances, great pool... The owners, house manager, and concierge were outstanding! I feel like...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Casa Kalani is a great value for the Manuel Antonio area. We are located centrally in a local neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. It is approximate 5-10 minute taxi ride to the park or beach. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2 single beds plus a Pac n play) and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a private bath with tub/shower and guest bath with shower plus a half bath on main level. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit with ceiling fans in living area. The pool offers great fun for the entire family. We are located on a hillside which requires a 4 wheel drive SUV.Our best asset is the wildlife that comes to visit. Squirrel monkeys and White Faced monkeys! Plus, we have the occasional Sloth or Toucan. ... more   less
