It really is what is says on the write up... it's in the middle of nowhere and you can really switch off!
No wifi, no phone signal, just desolate beaches and jungle. Capuchin monkeys passing through at breakfast, hawks flying through the trees, waves crashing...More
PMP is just fine to calm down and get basic. No Internet, no cell phones, not hot water, no nothing. Just the beach, some cabins, a bar and the restaurant.
Rooms/Cabins can be of different quality, so make sure you have booked correctly.
Quite a trek to get from boat landing to hotel, be prepared.
Rooms are spacious enough, clean but one chair to share, no fans, no hot water, the sink barely holding. This hotel definitely gives the feeling of being a pioneer.

My friend and I will be at PMP in a couple of weeks - looking at the photos, I cannot tell whether there are rooms with 2 beds although I assumed so since families stay there. Does anyone know the answer to this question?
