We arrived at this location midweek. Check-in was easy and Jorge explained all that was available to see and do in this area. Our room was very well appointed - I was pleasantly surprised that face soap, shampoo and body lotion was provided. There was...More
After reading other reviews I was worried but like someone else stated we were also pleasantly surprised. Pueblo Real is outside of Quepos off the beaten path. We chose not to rent a car and were not hindered in any way. Any time we needed...More
After reading other reviews one would expect that you were going to a nicer place. The pictures truly tell the story, this place is not very nice and not service orientated. The hotel is located in the middle of no where, and it looks like...More

When we were there we saw one or two open spots at sunrise. I believe all rooms were occupied. The resort has a security guard overnight. I agree that you could park on the road, it's a dead end street and Pablo Real is the last building before the river. Not a lot of traffic. Expect dust in the dry season. There are coconut palms by the parking lot, so be carful for falling coconuts.
