The hotel is next to a bar and a set of railroad tracks. The bar's not too much of a problem unless it's a "drinking holiday" being celebrated, but the train is guaranteed to wake you up every day before 7am. If you can live with that, it's okay. When I encountered a problem with our flight being canceled, I...

Thank you for your review, however I do disagree with your statements. Our refund policy is clearly stated on our website as well as on all the booking sites we use. You should submit a claim against the airline as they were the cause of your issue, not the hotel. Your expectation that we should reimburse you for their computer...

Little hotel built in to these well maintained ancients houses with patios and beautiful gardens,my room was great! Close to downtown's central avenue, about 5 minutes walk but the best part is the price with breakfast included so is wifi...as usual in costa rica is hard to find any place by street or number so must mention that the hotel...

The bed was a king size bed that is clean and serviced everyday, reason y there's an optional tip envelope on the table. There's hot shower that works perfectly. It's next to a pub and train track but at night, we slept peacefully. The breakfast consisted of serve our own fruit buffet with watermelon, papaya, pineapple, and mango, all fresh...

Nice spaces. Decent location. Friendly cats and dogs on premise. Class 69 is actually two spaces across the street from each other. They are restored 1920s vintage houses. The main house has reception, dining and rooms. The house across the street had rooms only. Internet does not extend beyond the main house, which is inconvenient. Staff at times seems hurried-it...

We spent the night here before our flight home. Very pleasant room in back courtyard. Nice lounge area where we had coffee on arrival. Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel driver took us to airport. Peruvian restaurant just around the corner and an Irish bar should you need a beer!

Lovely hotel, beautiful location. Absolutely love the doggies!! Breakfast is great, very filling and has plenty to offer. Staff are super friendly and the airport transfer was great, our driver was so friendly. If your a light sleeper the train passing may wake you, but it really has barely bothered us. Great start to our trip! X

Ok for 1 night stay. It's a good location but noisy. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but the owner seemed uninterested, maybe she was having a bad day. Transportation is a rip off, we rang the day before and asked if transportation was included (as advertised on hotels.com), they said "yes, it's included there will be someone...

Good location for walking to attractions, food, pubs and services. 2nd floor double bed room (across the street from main building) was more like an apartment than a hotel room very spacious, with a nice covered outdoor porch/balcony. Nice bathroom but NO hot water when we attempted to shower (would have given it 4 stars if it did) and it's...

Thank you for your review. I wish we had some of the information a bit sooner. All our rooms have have hot water. In your case one of the elements had gone on the hot water tank and we were not aware of it. When we read your review and verified the information, we got someone in and had it...
