The plane lands, you take a short trip to the pier, then a short boat ride to the resort. It is not accessible by land and it shows. While you may not have everything perfectly done, one must remember there are no roads to this place but that is what makes it more like paradise. The over water bungalow was...

We stayed at the Royal Huahine this past November on our honeymoon. It was a great time to go. We were probably 1 of only 8 other couples staying at the hotel. They actually upgraded us to an overwater bungalow, which was very spacious and amazing! The entire staff at the hotel was wonderful. Mama Mino was lovely and very...

Interesting airport transfer. It was a quick taxi ride and 15 minute boat transfer straight to hotel reception. Hotel is in a peaceful enclave with no roads in sight. Spacious selection of beach front, lagoon view, garden and deep overwater bungalows. Stayed in deep overwater bungalow. Lovely, spacious, airy, with ceiling fan and air conditioning. Had a mini fridge, kitchen...

We stayed here for our last 5 nights of our 3.5 week honeymoon trip. We were really looking forward to this leg as our relaxation bit after having travelled around 5 of the other islands. The first impression was great but then there were quite a few hiccups which gave the fawlty towers feel of the place. I have listed...

i was in this hotel for the honey moon. It was perfect! We chose the overwater, the room is huge and with all comfort and at the end the price is lower then other hotels. The food is fresh and the portions are big. Enjoy!

We were very happy with our choice of hotel. Our over-water bungalow was so spacious, and the deck enormous. It was very nice to have an outdoor shower too. Staff was cheerful, the facilities were good and the hotel was so quiet which was so relaxing. The food at the restaurant was very nice and varied, especially considering how isolated...

Amazing property located between a wordenfull cristal clear water lagoon and a lush forest. The hotel has a wonderfull and very well cared garden. The staff is extremely friendly and attencious. The access to the hotel is only by boat, this is a place for tranquility. The restaurant is very good but the menu is limited.

The resort is in a beautiful secluded location on a little bay down the coast from Fare. This works fine as long as the boat runs - and it should now that it has a new engine. The best snorkeling is between the restaurant and the over-water units, but not under them. I stayed in the beach-front bungalow closest to...

We stayed here for 4 nights in July and were very impressed with the island of Huahine and the people. The hotel I believe is a good value considering it is Tahiti. It is one of the cheapest overwater bungalows I found and the location is excellent. The bungalows are very large and each has a spacious wraparound deck, a...

Enjoyed the time, summer is off season so maybe 10 guests total including our 5. Nice overwater bungalows, about a 3/4 star level out of 5. Great price and outstanding service. Very rural and private location accessible mostly by boat. Great offsides with Mark for snorkeling and Jet Ski riding. I believe there are around 5-6k residents on the whole...
