Most of the staff were very friendly and one person in particular really made our days by being so bubby and laughing - beautiful grounds - free equipment hire - amazing view of the lagoon - great rooms Cons - food is...

Kia Orana Daniel, Thank you for your review and staying with us at Aitutaki Lagoon Resort & Spa. The overwater bungalows are our most popular choice of bungalow with the magnificent view of the lagoon right at your door step. I am pleased you found the staff very friendly and you enjoyed the surrounds and equipment from the activities hut....

We stayed in this hotel one week during our honey moon. The location is wonderful and the view of the lagoon is stunning! I think that the view from this resort is the best of all the island, even compared to the other top resort in this location. Of course there were few things that could be improved with little...

Kia Orana Ayanami, Thank you for choosing to stay at Aitutaki lagoon Resort & Spa to celebrate your honeymoon and we appreciate your comments on the resort. The views of the lagoon from the bungalows are simply stunning and even better when the evening sunsets put a red glow over the sky and reflects into the lagoon. We are continually...

We stayed here late November last year for 6 nights as the first leg of our trip. We chose this resort mainly for the location. After having read several reviews prior to booking the accommodation we knew roughly what to expect but were hoping to have been proven wrong. The resort is set on a gorgeous island on its own...

Kia Orana JervisBay, Thank you for visiting Aitutaki Lagoon Resort and Spa in November, 2016. Jean Francois and Nicola were the managers when you arrived and I am sure they would have been delighted to assisted with your concern regarding the outdoor shower. The overwater bungalows have now a shaded area for guests comfort and as mentioned we offer a...

We spent 4 nights at this resort and had a great time. Snorkeling and swimming in the lagoon is somewhat limited due to the location, but overall a good place to stay. Food at the resort was disappointing except for the breakfast. They can do better.

Kia Orana Steve and Christine, Thank you again for returning to our “Island Paradise”. I had to read your posting a few times because the first time I was confused with the wording of your review. I now understand that you wished to write a scathing review but it was NOT DUE to the fact that any or the staff...

This whole place need major upgrading. Customer service was bad. Not impressed at all. The lagoon is beautiful so book a snorkel trip which was our favorite day in Aitutaki. The whole vibe of the island feels tense and all the employees seem to not want to be there. Hopefully they can start a remodel and employee training because the...

The Aitutaki Lagoon Resort location is wonderful, you cannot fault that but everything else looks like it has seen better days. My companion and I stayed 3 nights in the "Honeymoon Villa" as that is the only accomodation with 2 bedrooms, apart from paying for 2 seperate cabins/Bungalows. The cost per night is above $ 1000 (discount rate) and we...

Booking was made easy via email and phone. Big credit to Joe who assisted us with our booking, answered all our queries professionally and made the whole booking process easy. No words to describe, waking up to the vast beautiful blue lagoon that Aitutaki Island has to offer you. We had a 'beachfront lagoon view' room and the scenery was just magic.
