My boyfriend and I traveled to Eagle River to attend a wedding for a friend with whom he served with. Their wedding was in Chugiak, and on their invitation they said to look into places to stay in Eagle River since it was only about a 20-25 minute drive away. I stumbled across Alaska Chalet B&B while perusing Google searches...

I have traveled to Eagle River, Alaska numerous times. On my last 4 visits, I stayed at the Alaska Chalet Bed & Breakfast. The Garden Suite is absolutely my favorite! It feels just like home (minus the Texas heat)! Foremost, the suite is immaculate, absolutely spotless. The suite includes all of the amenities of home . . . very quiet,...

We spent Christmas at Alaska Chalet. The bed was the best I have slept in away from home and the shower was easy to manage and luxurious. Brigitte had everything on hand to make our stay perfect. Most definitely recommend A++++++++++.

16 years ago, we were recommended to the Alaska Chalet and we have been coming back every summer since then. Brigitte is accommodating to your needs. It's always fun to catch up with her year after year. We have stayed in all the different rooms/suites. I have to say that my most favorite is the Garden Suite, just the perfect...

Immaculately clean, comfortable bed, great shower, kitchenette with dishes, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, WIFI - basically a small well stocked apartment / condo in a very safe residential neighborhood. If you like B&Bs for long chats with the hosts and local color, this is not the place for you. However if you are looking for great private reasonably priced...

The rooms are very nice. We have stayed in all of them. Our new favorite is the little "apartment" downstairs, Whenever we consider coming to Alaska, we...

Accommodation was very nice, clean and decorated with taste however bridgittes attitude leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived earlier than expected only to be told off and treated like naughty children. We were told in no uncertain terms that we originally emailed her weeks before saying we thought we should get there for around four o'clock. We arrived...

My husband I had never stayed in a B&B and were a bit nervous to be quite honest especially in light of a few negative comments in Trip Advisor. We stayed in the Rise N Shine unit for a total of 7 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely. We found the atmosphere to be cozy and welcoming and were very...
