Incredible food from the Silverbow Bakery (included in price).Comfortable beds. Great access to downtown and the waterfront. Hot tub. Incredibly friendly staff. Free wifi. Close to city bus terminal. Quaint rooms. Noise from outside can be heard from rooms on the street. I was attending a conference and all of my fellow conference attendees were jealous of my lodging experience,...

My friends and I traveled to Juneau for our spring break and stayed four nights at the Silverbow. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked for recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere of the Inn and enjoyed using the common room in the evenings to chat, drink coffee,...

We stayed here for a few days in August. It was a great location, all of downtown walkable. Also, we didn't have a car, so we took public bus to/from the airport and a couple of bus stops are very closeby (a block or two). Staff helpful, rooms very cute, but it is an old building, so don't expect everything...

This run-down (some call this quaint) hotel is staffed and managed by millennial generation employees. So, if you appreciate tats, hardware, hoodies (hoods up!) tea-shirts, ball-caps and pants dragging down below one's butt, this is your kind of place. And combs are apparently banned; scraggly beards encouraged. The Scooby-do look is in! The hotel is cluttered, in need of a...

I love this quirky little place! The staff is friendly, the beds are to-die-for, the location is excellent, and the bagels in the bakery next door are the real deal. I was very happy we chose this place to stay. There are some long hallways that are not attractive, but the place has charm. And tootsie pops in jars for...

We had an all-too-brief stay at the Silverbow in late December. We'd come in on a late plane, and when we got to the 'Bow, we found the room keys, a nice check-in note, and a breakfast voucher! Since this is such a small hotel, staff are not on hand 24/7. But it worked out great -- we 'checked ourselves...

The staff was awesome - arranged for a cab and made our breakfast-to-go without us even needing to ask. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was great. Typical of Alaska, the cable service was slow, but we didn't expect anything different. The walls were thin, which we didn't notice until the next-door guest was home. We loved...

I love the Silverbow! I love they remember my name when I call and when I check in. I stay here when I am in Juneau on business (often). I have my favorite room and they always try to accommodate me. The beds are so comfortable with high thread count sheets; there are lots of pillows and just over all...

The Silverbow is the best place for me when I travel to Juneau, which is quite a lot. I am there enough to know that the other hotels are far more expensive and not worth it. This last trip, it was more than $100 per night less than anywhere in town. If you want a Hilton experience, don't stay there....

really enjoyed our stay in this quirky juneau hotel. we had the entire place to ourselves, so the hot-tub was very nice and private. the food at the bakery was fantastic, the staff were very helpful, and the location is excellent. the room was really small, but that's okay, and i think if it were in full season, the walls...
