nice hotel due to location walking distance to many things. Nice shuttle service and clean rooms, Christmas lights surround the area all year round, big spruce trees line the property which is nice it is hidden from view somewhat.

We were here 4th of July weekend 2016 and at that time it was hard to find the hotel as there were trees growing near the signage. Not sure if that has been taken care of or not. However thanks to the research I did prior I found the hotel trees and all. We pulled into the parking lot and...

The best place to stay in town. Lovely decorated rooms, very comfortable and a great hot breakfast all included. The location is very close to the airport and yet quiet. It is also within walking distance to stores and restaurants.

Great stay once again at Best Western Country Lane Inn in Juneau. Brennan was an awesome help with weather delays and keeping my things until check in time. The staff and services are always great! Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Traveling in Alaska can be challenging, even in the most noteable cities. There are no Ritz Carltons so I am doing this evaluation based on what else is available in Juneau. This BW Country Inn has reliably comfortable and clean beds, with a buffet breakfast that will get you on your way for either business or pleasure. The staff is...

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Really good breakfast buffet. We stayed one night, went to Skagway for two nights, and they let us store unseeded gear till we returned for one more night. The shuttle to downtown, airport and Auke bay was always convenient and on time. They were restricted from taking us to Mendenhall glacier. Would stay again!

Hotel is very close to the airport, has excellent shuttle service to airport and other nearby venues. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ready to offer assistance and make recommendations. Breakfast is well presented, very ample and broad selection. Breakfast is served very early (5am) to accommodate tour goers and early flight patrons.

The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We had no noise from adjoining rooms, although both adjoining rooms were occupied. Our room had very comfortable beds. The hotel provided an excellent breakfast, and a great range of services. We were VERY satisfied with our overall experience there. From now on, Best Western is our hotel of choice when...

This is a clean, well-managed hotel that offers a free breakfast and shuttle service to local attractions. It's walking distance from the airport, but since there aren't many flights of large jets in and out of Juneau, airport noise is not a problem. If you're arriving at or leaving from the Alaska State Ferry dock, the hotel's shuttle is very...
