Rooms smelled of marijuana, dirty bathroom, toilet ran constantly, bedding stained and had burns. Internet was sparatic, Attendant offered us marijuana. Urine and pubic hair on bathroom wall. had to jiggle toilet handle every time flushed. French fries behind bathroom door. Smell of marijuana poured into the room throughout the night. No one was there when we checked out that morning.
Dirty bathroom and shower. Dust, hair, and dirt. Dimly lit room with only one light. Rude staff. Tried to checkin for my reservation once and noone was around. Phone in lobby said dial 0, but no answer.
This property in run down and dirty. If you like a trashy experience this place is for you. The maintenance of the property in accounting terms has been deferred. The location is close to shopping and food outlets.

The hotel was clean and well kept according to my son. Will absolutely use them again if we are in Ketchikan.

She told me during the pandemic no bed service was available and there should be a paper in the room and I should have been Told at check in. I was not. The assistant manage said I could change rooms. I didn’t want the problem of moving everyone’s items when they were not here with me. The same man who was rude to me came up to run drano down the drain and plunge it. Poor customer service.…
