We couldn't make it on the day that we booked as we wanted more time in Tam coc. The hotel was flexible enough to change our booking to the next day. Excellent communication and response speed.

Its located in the middle of the Sapa town with only few kilometers away from the cat cat village and the bus stop. Rooms were very nice and clean but felt a bit cold on the 4th floor.

Breakfast was great. All the staff members were very helpful.

Don't forget to get the boots that they give free before you step out as its cold and raining most of the time hence its convenient to wear boots and walk around.

Very good hotel and breakfast for the value we paid. Recommend to all.

Excellent base for any stay in Sapa. I stayed one night but also arranged two nights hiking and a home stay through the hotel.

Their hiking guides were all fantastic. I believe they use female only guides and all of the guides I interacted with were knowledgeable, personable and incredibly funny. They really were the highlight of my trip to Sapa.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was fantastic and seemed to take a genuine interest in making sure I enjoyed my stay. He was very organised arranging my transfers to the train station and gave me some excellent restaurant recommendations.

I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hotel stay in Sapa.

The service provided by the staff since reception, restaurant all in general was magnificent, the meals that served me best was impossible. The very central location of the hotel, the transportation to and from the overnight bus station and the excursions that were offered to me were above expectations. Thank you to the whole team.

Changed rooms for us but the second room while not as foul smelling was very dirty with mold on the curtains and walls and in the WC. This place needs a major cleaning!!

Hotel was clean and central. We were able to use the hotel facilities before we left on our hike with our guide after getting off the bus early in the morning. This was great. All of the staff were really helpful and kind, staff helped us clean our hiking gear after we had been in the mud for 2 days. Breakfast was good, we ate out for other meals.

We stayed 3 days 1 night. The customer service from all staff is what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Had a great stay. Good food and lots of it. Caters for asian and western tastes.
Our tour guide Dolisupan was brilliant!!
Will be back

Very good hotel to stay in Sapa. Centrally located. Meals in restaurant were good too. Our guide for our tours who operated from the hotel Lo Thi Song was excellent. She spoke very good English and was very professional. Song explained the regional culture during the treks and showed us the beautiful scenery of Sapa. She took very good care of our safety and well-being during the tour and has a great sense of humour too which made the experience very enjoyable.

The hotel is nice for it's hospitality and comfort. It is very near to attractions Hamrong Mountain, church, sun world station are few places to note. Food offered by its restaurant is so good. Only problem restaurant staff are not able to speak in english. Hotel is organising local trips in a very good way. I recommend this hotel for budget travellers with star hotel facilities

Pleasant and smiling welcome.
Laundry service: fast and affordable.
Spacious, air-conditioned room which smelled a little damp. Preference for upstairs rooms.
Breakfast and meals: good but similar from one day to the next.
Fair value for money.

This is such a lovely, peaceful hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. My room was excellent. Very quiet, very clean and very comfortable. The food was excellent too, with very generous portions. I've loved every minute here and I would certainly recommend it.

Bonjour, Allez demander à l'accueil du golden hotel le tour avec lequel il travaille. Demandez comme guide Lolo, une super guide vietnamienne qui parle tres bien anglais. Etienne.
