We stayed here for two nights, our room was clean on arrival however felt slightly damp. In the bathroom there was a small hole in the wall which we could see outside, so not great for insects etc. Our room was not cleaned at all during our stay, meaning that we had to use the same damp towels as the...

It was not too dirty, but not really clean as well. There was a stain on a towel and pillow cover, and I could smell a toilet on a bed. A bed was a bit bumpy but here is cheap, so it is okay. And location is not bad. hard to find, (Do not trust a google map, this is...

I stayed here for a couple nights during my stay in Sapa. The location is on a nice back street off the main drag. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and the staff was friendly. Actually, the best part about this place is that I found Mao, a fabulous Hmong guide. She is honest, friendly and did a good job...

Me and my friend chose this place because we were arriving with the night bus from Hanoi at 5am and that was the only place that offered early check-in (if the room is available of course). When we arrived the hotel was (of course) not open yet but we called the phone number written on a paper at the door...

The Pumpkin Sapa Hotel (which I believe is also affiliated to Pumpkin Travel Agency in Hannoi - who were extremely helpful in helping us arrange train tickets around Vietnam) was a comfortable, clean, cheap hotel. Free wifi, good breakfasts (choose the pancakes, although they weren't included in our room price but good value) and good location-away from the tourist hoardes....

When we stayed here the rooms were small but clean. Before we checked out we were asked where we were going next by the guy running Pumpkin and we said the Lao Cai train station to go to Hanoi. He said he would book us a minibus to the train station for the following day. This costs 50,000d each, which...

We are sorry for this problem. We just want to arrange you a bus to Lao Cai that you do not need to go somewhere to find it. We already booked the bus for you 1 day before and when you went down for checking out and for leaving we call the driver come to pick you up, unfortunately for...

We stayed here as part of a tour the rooms are spacious and have fans to cool you down when it gets warm. The staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. The downside is that the beds were all either very hard or had springs sticking out from them. But we were all so tired from trekking that we slept...

Good place to stay in SAPA : cheap, clean and quiet, it's a very good deal to stay in Sapa. The Manager is always smiling, and can help you to rent a motobike, or for the bus tickets (you have to know that there is no tickets for the bus from Sapa to Dien Bien, so all bookers come with...

Always you seem to find a small detail anywhere you stay, not here. The room was very clean, comfortable and lots of space. Cable TV with wide selection of channels, also in English. We got there very early and although check-in was not until 11am we got the room at 8am. Water pressure, great view of the mountains, there was...
