The hotel was ok, a bit tired and worn. The pillows were not comfortable and there was no air conditioning or fan which meant the rooms were stuffy. We had a garden room with no view. To their credit we put some laundry in and it was done very quickly. The swimming pool was a strange, uninviting colour as was...

Dear Andrea-Young28, Thank you for your constructive comment. We apologize if our quality of service couldn’t reach your expectations, and will certainly work on training and improving some parts of it. The Superior rooms are ground floor rooms, and Deluxe rooms are available on top floors for a reasonable extra fee, and nicer mountain views. For your information, our swimming...

Probably the best place to stay in Sapa. Clean and spacious rooms. Be mindful that there is no AC and the heating is switched on automatically and centrally at night! Just unplug the heater if it gets too warm.

The hotel is on the top of a small hill in Sapa and the resort looks overall quite nice. The village centre can be achieved by walking in approx. 5 minutes. We had garden rooms and there was not much view, so we could not profit from the location on the hill. The rooms are tasteful, but relatively small, in...

My husband and I spent a week in Sapa staying at the Victoria. It is touted as the best in Sapa and from our stay I believe this may be worthy. The staff and very friendly and the food is wonderful. The French chef serves a wonderful dinner in the restaurant. We were fortunate to stay when the weather was...

Dear Tomson88, Thank you very much for your constructive comment and for sharing your experience. Indeed the winter in Sapa can be quite cold, and last year we got a colder winter than usual; however the rooms remain warmed with heaters, and we have efficient fireplaces within the hotel. Looking forward to accommodate you better, we have current plans for...

The hotel itself is lovely but the views are a bit disappointing. The hotel is well located in the city and close to the center however we hoped for breathtaking views from our room or lobby atleast. The spa was amazing and probably one of the best massages we have had in vietnam

We enjoyed a great spa treatment and hot shower after a long day of hiking. It was very professional unlike some of the other places in town where they offer cheap massages in a small living room. The price is about 50 USD for 90 minutes if you do the Victoria Signature special.

We used the Victoria Train to get to Sapa and although a bit noisy and bouncy at times it was a pleasant enough journey On arrival at the hotel check in was very easy and we were soon shown our room. A ground floor room with a patio looking out on to the beautiful gardens and the town of Sapa....

We took the overnight Victoria train from Hanoi and were lucky enough to be able to book the two berth carriage so had no problems regarding sharing or lack of space. The journey was comfortable and we slept well. From Lao Cai (the train terminus) it takes about one hour by road to Sapa along some very windy roads. On...

We travelled to Sapa as two families with 4 adults and 6 children ranging 2-11 y.o. I was pleasantly surprised by resort's provisions for kids including family suites with nice 3 beds for children in addition to large bed for parents, children playground and even rabbits which were favourites of my younger daughter. Breakfast was very good with plenty of...

If you have the cash stay here, its high, well presented and treats you like a king/queen. Really well placed, affordable and clean and tidy. I cant get over the fact that when we opened are balcony door the cloud came in and went out the front door. Luckily the first day there was clear skies and we got some...
