Generally our stay was pleasant, it was located near to Cat Cat Village. However the transport arrangement on the last day of our stay on 21 March 2017 was a disaster, we were told we were changed to the ECO luxury coach, half an hour later we were told it was changed back to sleeper bus. The hotel transport arrived...

The hotel has been upgraded, more space and has a small restaurant with delicious local food. More rooms and clean. I stayed at the Superior room for 2 people, 2 large beds with city view. I think thats enough for 4 people. Everything is good but the toilet has a weird smell.

Nothing unique about this hotel. Nice spacious room - air conditioner worked well for heating, but toilet didn't flush well, shower support fell out of wall, towels were the worst thin quality I've ever seen. Breakfast first day terrible and not serviced well (buffet) - dry cold burnt fried rice, lousy orange juice , terrible jam and bread. Second day...

We stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The morning we arrived from Hanoi it was cold and foggy. They let us in early, gave us hot ginger tea, took our luggage and let us into our room 4 hours earlier than their policy dictated. They were super helpful during our stay and suggested two day...

From the moment we walked in the hospitality was amazing and honest. Viet was informative and kind. So much care, consideration and thought was put into our one night stay at this lovely warm hotel. The room looked exactly the same as the picture which is quite rare. I would imagine without the mist the view would be lovely. We...

This was a last minute booking as our booked hotel had cancelled us. Clean, comfy rooms- our room had a balcony with great views of the mountains. Staff so kind and helpful with lots of information about treks etc When we came back exhausted they brought fresh fruit drinks (unasked) and tasty treats like fried banana.

This hotel is going to be good. Probably. But our stay had a few issues. Firstly, upon arriving in our room the heat proved not to work. The staff offered us another room but, as they assured us the problem would be fixed the next day, we opted for extra blankets and heating pads instead. Imagine our surprise when the...

After a slight problem with bookings we were well looked after by the staff in Sapa Unique Hotel. The mix up was without a doubt made up for, the room was fab, the staff were lovely to be around and the breakfast was a highlight of a great weekend. Loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer

We stayed here for two nights on a quick trip to Sapa. The staff is super friendly, incredibly helpful and full of great information for things to do in Sapa. They took great care of us and made us feel at home. The rooms are spotless and have beautiful mountain views down the valley. This is a great place to...

We got booked into this hotel as part of a tour package we were pleasantly surprised as to how nice it was. We had our doubts the tour would stick us up anywhere but this place was very nice. The room is big and a spacious bathroom. The staff where loving and willing to go the extra mile to help...
