    Have the lower floors got a view, I can't do too many stairs.
    Yes, they all have great views! If you can't do any stairs, you would want on the same level as the reception desk. That is also what gets the most traffic though, so you might want to be prepared for a little noise.

    Hi, I was wondering if your hotel runs a transfer from Sapa to the Lao Cai railway station tomorrow night. If so what are the times and price for two people. Thank you!!
    Technically it isn't the hotel itself that runs the shuttle, but all you need to do is ask at the front desk and they will arrange for the shuttle to stop at the hotel to pick you up. I don't remember the cost, but it was cheap.

    What rooms are on the higher levels. I am needing 2 rooms with queen size beds. What do you recommend I book? I would like to be up high.Are you able to organise train ticket from Hanoi?
    I'll add my quoted price to this thread for reference as quoted by Sapa Unique Hotel. USD $530 for 2 people. One night in hotel and 2 nights on train. January travel. Included transfers Hanoi hotel to Hanoi station, Round Trip Chapa Express tickets occupying 2 berths of a 4 berth shared room, transfers Lao Cai to Sapa, 3 meals per day for 2 days, 2 days English speaking guide and local transport to / from hiking trail heads.

    A few questions: - How many floors does the hotel have and is there an elevator? - Is there a safe and a hair dryer in the room? - What's the hotel's website (I could not find it)? - Are there screens on the windows and balcony doors? - Is there heating in the room, restaurant, the bathroom in the winter? For the hotel website, you can study more about our hotel, you can go to the google then search because tripadvisor does not allow us to post our website Regarding to the hotel facility, our hotel has heater blanket, air-condition (heat and cool), heater (if you need), restaurant, bathroom and hair-dryer but we do not have elevator however the hotel with 5 floor and the lobby is the forth floor so that you only go up and down for 2 floor different.
