Our room on the 4th floor and balcony provided a nice view in the distance when the fog and clouds didn't interfere - but don't look down! There was construction debris, cranes, demolition, and digging going on all around the mountainside. Our room had a nice work desk - but there was no lighting above it, no lamps, and no...

The bamboo hotel has a beautiful setting, although unfortunately we were plauged with thick fog and only enjoyed the view breifly. The service was wonderful and the included breakfast was absoulty wonderful, with lots of variety.

There is construction going on right outside the building - not just during the day but all night. Very close to the building. Worst sleep ever! Room was OK, but starting to get a bit tired. Location was good

Most has been said in recent reviews - rooms are very spacious, beds are humongous, all of the most important amenities are fairly clean and comfortable, but not much more. Rooms are also a bit cold and impersonal & if you start looking at the detail there is plenty of grime, dust, cobwebs and broken fittings - has a bit...

We arrived in Sapa on the overnight train from Hanoi which was a wonderful experience in itself. As we drove up through the mountains the sun was rising and the views were breathtaking. We were too early to book into our rooms but were given a lovely cup of tea on arrival at Bamboo. Our room when we checked in...

We spent 2 nights here at Sapa. The hotel has really clean and well kept rooms, the view from the side we were staying at was breathtaking.. Just wake up to the mountains & nothing in front to obstruct the view. Plenty of restaurants and shopping places nearby.

The Bamboo hotel has the best of everything for Sapa. Great view and close to all the shops and sights in Sapa. We spent two nights and were able to get everywhere on foot. The room was huge and comfortable. The staff were very helpful when we had to check in at a weird time and very friendly. A bit...

I ended up by luck at the hotel as the original one was overbooked. Amazing view from the room - A/C and heater (not standard in other hotels), TV and room amenities. Employees are friendly and helpful at all time. Thanks for a fantastic time in SaPa.

We stayed for one night at this hotel. The views from the rooms are beautiful, the accommodations are sufficient for the price, and the location is very central. Our only complaint was that the breakfast was bad. It was cold and was not appetizing. We would have skipped the breakfast had we known. The coffee was hot and strong though,...
