This hotel is very conveniently located for touring the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the large size of the suite assigned to us and found the accommodations to be very comfortable. Breakfast was sumptuous and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assist us. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant a couple of...

We spent 2 nights here in April, I booked a senior suite. This had a separate bedroom, a sofa bed for the daughter and a sitting area. Good facilities including a kettle and comfy beds and pillows, very clean and well maintained. Looks like the pictures with wood panelling and paintings on the walls. It is one of the poshest...

Big clean rooms, basic bathrooms, solid restaurant and breakfast, good service and friendly staff. Convenient location close to the up town. Good for business and pleasure. Could have some better quality shower bath and shampoo.

Staying here for 2nights, the entrance and decor is very charming! the staff are very friendly, welcoming and smiley! We were greeted at the car by a chap taking our cases and leading us to the reception where we were greeted by the friendly and helpful receptionists. Staying in a junior suite it is very spacious and accommodating, clean, tidy...

We spent a few days at this hotel at the end of December, including the New Year's Eve festive dinner. It was a treat! From the warm welcome at the reception desk to the cosy rooms and lovely dinners prepared for the festive days, everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are nicely decorated, the whole atmosphere...

The rooms, furniture and all facilities are very nice and comfortable, designed in a wonderful tyrolean style. Everything has been very clean. The restaurant, cafe, the wine cellar, the lobby... and just all facilities... are wonderfully designed... The place was very quiet at the time of my stay. Given the fact that I was visiting during off-season... the breakfast was...

Lovely place! Nice ,spacious room ! Nice winecellar! Everything was nice excepting meals! Food was fresh but tasteless and low quality for a 4 star. For a 5 star is a disaster! Staff is polite , but slow and ineffective!

We had the room in the picture. It was a room with a special design, very large bathroom and between the concrete ceiling and the background wall there it is a glass ceiling. You can see the stars in a clear night. They have a very nice SPA centre without a swimming pool. The hotel is clean and with large...

Biggest problem is with the classification. Picture of the room not realistic. Maybe it's the best room. Room rather old then classic. Small tv. Recommended price 45-50 euro. Reception stuff unprepared, they didn't knew if they have 4 strars rooms also. It's not so bad, don't get me wrong, it looks very clean.

Hotel has great location, just 5 minutes walking from the city center, and huge parking. Same evening we reached, there was a wedding in the hotel and restaurant was close. Young girl at the reception with poor English was trying her best to check us in but from what I could make out she was new and couldn't really manage...
