Start with the positives the cleaning lady was a delight and if she was running the place it would be better. Jimmy expressed he wouldn't be there this year as it wasn't going to well but he was jovial and courteous. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves for most of the holiday most of the rooms...

This hotel has it's own website, they have just blocked me because I asked how old the pictures were that they recently posted as being current. I have been visiting Dalyan since 2008 and the pictures posted pre-date that time. The hotel is really run down and is not advertise by the main reputable travel companies because of this. We...

We arrived mid afternoon and we have to say first impressions were not good. There was no reception to speak of and we were greeted outside by the waiter Jimmy. He had to translate to the none English speaking owner who we were and how long we were staying (no problem with that). He showed us to our room and...

We spent two lovely weeks at this Hotel which is in a great location and only a couple of minutes walk into town. The rooms are well maintained and are looked after and cleaned by Gonul, the lovely cleaning lady who is deaf and dumb but can communicate really well with sign language, and is a ray of sunshine. The...

I have just returned after 2 weeks at this hotel my third visit in 3 years. It is now managed by new owners and they are very diligent making sure that staff are attentive and breakfast is always plentiful. Sure it is faded and could do with a refurb however it is spotlessly clean, fresh white towels and bedding. Thanks...

Its true that the Patio does have a few limitations but these are outweighed by the friendly helpful staff and the fantastic location. Just across the road from the river and a few minutes walk into town. The rooms are small but are looked after and cleaned every two days by Gonul the lovely cleaning lady who is deaf and...

My Wife and I spent ten days at Patio hotel in June 2016. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were warmly greeted and shown our room which was small, very basic but clean and comfortable. After a good nights sleep I went for a stroll to get some milk and couldn't believe what a beautiful area we...

Clean and basic rooms.. Very friendly staff and great location to stroll into town, just a few negatives which did not spoil our stay that much but may be remembered in funny stories. We were woken up every morning at 5am by the noisest cockerels ever., then it was joined by a chorus of barking dogs. In fact after day...
