A get away from it all hotel, no entertainment or loud music just quiet calm relaxing time by the pool, friendly helpful staff and good food. Regular boat transfers to Dalyan where for 10 lira return another boat will take you on a tranquil journey to turtle beach. Wasn't my idea of a holiday but got to agree it was restful...

At the very start of the season this hotel is quiet and lovely nestling along the river bank against a mountainous backdrop. Teething problems included no wireless Internet, a very basic breakfast - no fruit salad for example, no hot water until later in the day and rooms which are cold at night but can be warmed with the heater....

Our second visit. We had a lovely two weeks again. The all female management team/owners really make you welcome and go the extra mile to make sure your holiday goes smoothly. Wonderful pool area (children's , paddling and large adult) . Situated on its own and not overlooked so quite different from other Dalyan hotels. Food remains good with a...

Absolutely lovely spot for a quiet getaway. It was a pleasure not to have loud music playing through the day and classical Turkish music playing at dinner. Dinner, by the way, is delicious, not a huge choice but always something traditional to enjoy and the soups are yummy! It was all great, from our limo transfers to our regular trips...

Our second visit to this lovely hotel. Everything perfect for a relaxing holiday. The hotel buildings, pools and gardens are delightful. Nil, Minola and all the staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The food this year was excellent.

I came to stay at the Sultan Palys two years ago and was so impressed that I took a yoga group back there. It is a little piece of paradise and all of my group loved it. The food - especially the mezes are outstanding. The rooms are very comfortable and the garden so beautiful. We especially loved crossing the...

Been to Dalyan three times now, one b and b, once self catering apartment and now DBB at Sultan Palas. Bit worried about evening meals as used to the "restaurant walk" into Dalyan so having dinner at hotel a new experience. We need not have worried at all. The evening meals were really good. Proper home made soup, with a...

It has taken me some time to write this review as I wasn't quite sure what to sayabout the place. My husband and I came back to the Sultan Palas after four years and without our (now grown up) sons. We had had an idyllic holiday in 2008 and were really looking forward to spending time there again. The hotel...

We chose to say at Sultan Palas because it was mentioned in a guide book and the reviews on this site were positive. The property is very lovely but I suspect it has seen better days. After we checked in to our room we discovered that the door was broken and couldn't be locked. Since there were many other vacant...

We are a family of four with two teenage daughters and have just spent a blissful two weeks at Sultan Palas. The rooms are simple (NB only one electric socket) but well laid out and spacious. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful- we loved going backwards and forwards to Dalyan by boat and thoroughly enjoyed early morning runs &...
