This family-run hotel makes an excellent base for visiting Datca and exploring the peninsula. Its strong points are its quiet location on the edge of town, its elevated position with views of mountains, town and harbour, stylish decor and comfortable rooms. The free WiFi is reliable and adequately fast (e.g. for downloading Google satellite maps). The pool is excellent -...

We stayed here for a couple of days when we were on a mini-road trip to the west coast. The hotel is well appointed and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning (though we only used it occasionally, as the hotel is on a small hill, so catches lovely cooling breezes most of the time). The bathroom was...

We visited again recently having first stayed here a few years ago. It was as good as we remembered it so they do consistency here. The German/Turkish owners, who built and run the hotel, clearly take pride in their work and it shows. Though listed as a B+B or guest house, this is really an elegant boutique hotel. The rooms...

Wonderfully quiet spot a little way out of town, delightful, friendly and helpful owners, with its own gorgeous pool or you can walk down to the nearest beach about 10 mins away. The harbour and town centre are max 15 minutes' walk.

Stayed in June 2014, sorry for review delay, I thought I had already written it. We decided on Datca because it is a more authentic Turkish experience than say Bodrum or Marmaris. It was part of a long drive around the coast from Izmir to Antalya and we wanted somewhere where we could stay for a couple of nights and...

Villa Tokur is a very tasteful family run guest house. The rooms (we stayed in the standard room) are no frills but comfortable all having their own balconies and from what I could tell views of Datca town which is something I'd prefer over a television or in-room safe. The host and lady of the house was very helpful in...

This small, quiet hotel is on the edge of a neighborhood that is within walking distance of the harbor of Datca. Our room was very clean and adequate for our needs. It had a very nice balcony facing the harbor which we enjoyed and it had a much appreciated drying rack for bathing suits and towels! Karina and her family...

We stayed there the second time this summer. I was planning to keep this a secret: let's not get hordes of other tourists to ruin the place. But Villa Tokur is such a fantastic place to stay that it really warrants this review. Note: anyone up for a party, watching telly, needing a minibar, etc. stay away. Those who want...

As per all said previously by mdwUk's review plus: We visited for 2 weeks in August yet the quiet and peacefulness could not be faulted, almost like having our own villa with pool, as although the hotel was full the pool area remained relaxed and quiet each day. Although others have mentioned a slight hill climb back from the beach/harbour...

We spent six nights here. The villa is lovely with pleasant gardens and pool; it is a 5-10 minute walk (including a steep-ish hill) to the harbour/beach in Datca which for us was perfect - accessible without ever being disturbed. Karina was extremely helpful and provided drinks and snacks by the pool whenever we wanted them. The rooms were clean...
