A very dated motel and not the star rating as advertised. The whole place was a throw back from a past era. The bed was uncomfortable, single glazing made for a noisy night and no sound proofing so you knew when other guests in the neighbouring rooms used the bathroom. Not much of a view from my unit which was...

We stay here for one night and we're pleasantly surprised. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which was very clean and spacious. The owners were very helpful. The view of the bay is certainly something not to be missed.

We happened on this lovely spot and we're delighted with our stay. The room was immaculate and had all the amenities of a more expensive property. It was close to the city center, but still quiet. Our room had a lovely patio in the back where we could relax and enjoy the harbor view. We loved it!

A very strange layout with the main bed in the lounge and the kids beds upstairs. Haven't seen an old fashioned portable TV for a while with an analog connection but here it was. The price was poor value for the quality. Give this one a miss. They locked me out of reviewing on Booking.com the next day for some...

I stayed for business and the room was clean. This motel is between a very busy road and a railway track. I understand that there is nothing you can do about boy racers but maybe install double glazing might help. The sheer volume of traffic make it very hard to sleep. The rooms look dated and can some one explain...

A Car Club Weekend brought us to Timaru and this motel made our trip from a good one into a great one. Perfectly located near Caroline bay and close to good restaurants, this motel is clean, and the hosts are friendly with time for a chat. Value for money is what you get here - the decor is not brand...

I booked a motel through booking .com and there was not much available. I should have looked up reviews prior to booking this place. Clearly the owners do not take any notice of reviews. Yes it is very noisy. Yes they could double glaze. More importantly it is very dated. The owners could very easily change the very dated upholstery...

We stayed in a two-bedroom studio, which was like a townhouse as the second bedroom, with 4 single beds, was upstairs. The rooms were clean and large enough. the kitchen facilities were good. Because the motel is on a main road, it was a bit noisy at night. There was parking, but it was a bit tricky getting in and...

Stayed at Baywatch every year for some years. Easy to find and pleasant staff, especially the dog. However we have been noticing for ageing of the complex. The view of the lower unit used to be magic with the bay and port activity in view. The garden was pretty and a nice feature. Now it is over grown and the...
