I stayed in an ensuite room in the motel area. Nice and very spacious. The room has sky tv, ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette area, sitting area and dining table.
Overall the room was very clean, towels and soap are provided.

The large room in older style building on arrival looked like it had character. Then we saw the couch and dining chairs that werent worthy of a student flat, filthy & greasy. We didnt want to sit on them. Overpriced motel room.
Well it was $25 a night so I didn't expect much. this is not the kind of backpackers that have foreign tourists. Its more of the budget accommodation for singles needing somewhere to stay. or school groups on a budget. If I don't have anything...More
We stayed at the Anchor motel last week. Some of our group were housed in the 'house' where fuses kept on blowing, electrical sockets fizzed and crackled whenever appliances were plugged in and the number of bathrooms were woefully insufficient.
