We had a great stay at Veke Veke. The family owned place is a great spot to swim, snorkel, relax and explore the underwater life. Also there are free kayaks. The family itself has been so nice and welcoming to us, so we had a unforgettable good experience! Especially the dinner was very authentic and typical polynesian. Everyone who is...

The pension is inside the nature. The private beach of the village has a white sand and the sea is fantastic. The staff is very nice and if you want, you can eat there at lunch and at dinner, very close to the dive point.

If you are looking for peace, quiet, tranquility, beautiful sunrise/sunset views and a great place to snorkel, This Is It! A friend highly recommended Vekeveke and I'm glad he did. Bungalows are yards from the lagoon, Sunrise can be view from across the road, Sunset from anywhere on the property, snorkeling with coral heads right off the dock, and meals...

Veke Veke was our last of a 4 pension swing through Tikehau, Rangiroa, Fakarava south pass and Fakarava north pass. What a fabulous, smooth sand bottom waterfront complex. Each bungalow is either over the water on stilts, or on the beach facing a soothing swimming area. Our bungalow had a full bed and 2 single bunk beds, with a full...

We had a wonderful stay at Vekeveke in June 2015. We stayed in one of the 4 little bungalows next to the small beach. They are small and simple, but charming and the bed was good. The bathrooms are OK, with cold water. It is a beautiful area and very nice swimming. We were the only ones there for most...

When researching Fakarava accommodation Veke Veke seemed the best out of all the bungalows and I was pleasantly surprised. It's not necessarily value for money but those are Fakarava prices. We had a lagoon view bungalow and the view was just amazing. One of the residential sharks swam below the bungalow when we arrived. So that was a cool welcome....

The setting at Vekeveke Village is sublime. Each of the bungalows sit within 20 feet of the lagoon. The views are really stunning at sunrise and sunset. The restaurant sits on pilings right over the water, very romantic and peaceful. The bungalows are very bare bones. It would have been so easy and helpful to have had a raised bench or...

The bungalows are very nice, we had one of the ones on the beach and was perfect, no hot water (no big deal for us) but it will be installed soon. the location is very good. The food was good, but after 4 nights, we felt a lack of variety. The owner is a nice man
