This is a great place! Renee, the owner, is very friendly, caring, well-organized and accommodating. The view of Mount McKinley is exceptional (when it is clear!). Two of the rooms have great views as does the outside porch. The rooms are comfortable, exceptionally clean and well cared-for. Beds are very comfortable. We stayed on our way to Denali because we...

I reserved this place when we couldn't get what we wanted in Talkeetna. It's a wonderful, reasonably priced B&B just off the highway and very easy to get to, yet it's just far enough in that it seems secluded. It's quite a large, beautiful property with plenty of parking. Renee is so friendly and easy to talk to, you feel...

We stayed for one night on our way to Denali National Park from Anchorage and found it very comfortable. It was very exciting to be able to see Denali, or Mount McKinley if you prefer, the evening we arrived. Renee went out of her way to make us feel welcome and breakfast the next morning was delicious. A great place...

Don't miss out on staying here if you are headed by Trapper Creek. We could not have chosen a better place. Renee and her husband were so hospitable we felt like we had known them for a good long while. We got the rustic effect of Alaska (which we wanted) along with a nice wholesome, clean place to stay. Every...

This place is fabulous! As soon as we walked in we felt like we were at home. Wished we could have stayed more than 1 night here. Renee and her husband made my sister and I feel so very welcome. And breakfast? More like a feast- eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruit and jellies from the area. And it was all...

My boyfriend and I stayed here a few weeks ago. We decided to break up the trip to Denali and stayed a night in Trapper Creek. Renee gave us great ideas for dinner. We were the only guests that evening and breakfast was still a full spread which included fruit, eggs, bacon, potatoes, toast, homemade jams, coffee and juice. Despite...

If you like to break up the journey, or are arriving late afternoon into Anchorage like we did, this is a great place to sleep overnight and beats any roadside motel for cleanliness and comfort. It was also very good value, with the nice hot buffet style breakfast. Our beds were very comfortable, and the free wifi internet worked well....

Wonderful place to stay halfway been Anchorage and Denali. The room was homey, the breakfast outstanding. Renee could not have been nicer. I was only there one night and it was drizzly, so I didn't see McKinley, but that certainly wasn't the fault of the hosts. The driveway is right off Parks Highway, so it is easy to find, but...

Very friendly reception by the owner. She led us to our room ( the bear room). It's very comfortable. The view is stunning and the breakfast was more than great. The fireweed Jelly/Jam was a first for us!

This is the second time that we stayed here. What can I say I love this place. The hostess Renee is just wonderful. The rooms are sparkling clean, and the view from our room which was the Moose room was fantastic. We could see Mt McKinley from the window. The breakfast was abundant and good. I would recommend this B&B...
