Stayed only one night and wished we had booked all 3 nights there! Great older house furnished with neat antiques and comfy beds. Owner Sebastian was there to greet us and gave us a tour of house and explained everything! Very friendly and also a Canadian!! Surprisingly we were treated to a hot breakfast item ( homemade waffles!) as well...

Do not under any circumstances stay here. Horrible neighborhood. Located next to a junk yard. Owners not present on site. We were alone in the house so heaven help us if we needed anything. When we arrived the hostess did not know we were coming. We arrived after 3 pm and before 4pm but she seemed fixated that we arrived...

Wrote Letter to owner on 1 Nov 2016 re our 2-night visit in late October 2016. The least desirable B&B visited by two 'older ladies' who'd stayed in many a B&B in US and abroad--but no where was an experience like this. Shared bath (about which we'd not been advised), so had to upgrade at $30 per night plus taxes;...

I honestly don't know what the negative reviews are about. Please let me clear them up. As for being "Rundown", this place is anything but. The furniture looks brand new, the grass is bright green and the rooms are amazing. There was no paint peeling off the floor (who paints their floors?). Sebastian was a great host, and no he...

We recently spent two nights at the Desert rose B&B and overall had a poor experience. It started out very well because Fiona, the hostess greeted us warmly as we got out of our car and was very cordial throughout our stay. However, when taken to our room, we found an accommodation that was very rundown and missing the common...

“The Desert Rose”, a great Bed & Breakfast, owned and run by two wonderful people. Sebastian and Betty are by far some of the nicest folk I've met on my travels. They really make you feel welcome and are quite happy to accommodate your needs. They also have an in-depth understanding of the area and are more than willing to...

Sebastien who runs this B&B with his family made our stay a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. We felt welcome in his beautiful house and he made sure everything was perfect. On top of that we got delicious breakfast including fresh eggs. The only minor complaint is that you might want to stay in a bit more central location. On...

This was the first time I stayed in a B&B. My husband and I wanted to get away and I found them online. We stayed overnight but the stay was very relaxing. The staff were very courteous and professional. We would love to come back for an extended stay.

A wonderful friendly experience. Our hosts were charming and helpful with area exploring. Best of all was the lovely breakfast that was served. Fresh eggs from the chickens. And the best french toast I've ever eaten. The lamas were a hoot to feed a ready supply of carrots too. It truly was so peaceful and comfortable. We highly recommend this...
