Spent the night in wigwam #7. one of the ones with 2 beds. Our wigwam had appropriate retro decor. The old cars parked at each wigwam added to the experience. The staff was helpful. The original AC is still in there, and also a modern system. The wigwams are small, but you're sleeping there, how much space do you need....

Nice little rooms. Stayed there 2/1/17. Great look with the old cars out the front. But there is no fridge, my room had no hot water, the service was terrible very rude and unhelpful, couldn't assist in a cup of hot water or a fridge to keep medication cold. Receptionist was a young girl drinking with her friend. RECOMMEND ppl...

While travelling Route 66, this was a must for us. Great, quirky little wigwams. The only let down was the staff we met, really unhelpful and uninterested, such a let down after everyone else we met along the route.

I've section traveled a lot of Route 66 and without a doubt this was a highlight for me - even better than the Santa Monica Pier. This is true Route 66 and I loved it all. Yes it's old, but the price is fair. My wife and I did not hear any trains as other commented. Holbrook is a great...

if you want to stay in a living museum that shows how the woodies, studebakers etc etc unloaded families of wondering children and their mid century moms and dads into wigwams (instead of tipis) after a long day rolling down route 66 paying 19 cents for a gallon of gas and getting gorged on peanut brittle at stuckys, fighting with rubber tomahawks....this...

We stayed at the wigwam motel as a pit stop from flagstaff to visit the petrified forest national park. I wouldn't come here as a destination but if you are in the area why not! Surprisingly quite well laid out inside - fit our family of 4! Two queen beds, TV, bathroom and shower. It's heated inside. Navajo decor inside....

I don't like to post negative feedback...but I feel I should warn people what they might be getting in to. We just spent an extremely cold, sleepless night here. We had two wigwams...both were freezing unless the heaters were on full blast. But the heaters were so loud we couldn't sleep through the noise. Add to that the freight trains...

You HAVE to see this place in person. I have never felt so close to a 1950's road trip in my entire life. From the old cars parked in front of the tee-pees to the small museum in the front office you are sent back to a time when a road trip was an actual vacation and where the people...

Very unique motel. Basic and simple clean and helpful staff. Staff is there only 4-9 local time and no answering machine. Difficult to make reservations but worth the struggle. Would have been a 5 except for reservation struggles

Forget comfort for one night and enjoy a fun memory of Route 66 that will last a lifetime. You really should stay here at least once or you're not a road trooper. Its cute and dog friendly and larger than one of the other wigwam places.
