Stayed 2 nights while we visited the petrified forest. The room was very clean and spacious, comfy king size bed, and friendly owners. Breakfast was very good. The eggs were real eggs and the bagels were awesome. They were so fresh. Would stay again.

The Globetrotter was a delightful change of pace from the available chain hotels/motels in Holbrook. We were very pleased with our room. It was nicely remodeled, very clean and large. We had a double room with two comfortable beds. Breakfast served the following morning was served in a quaint dining area in the main reception area and delicious. The decor was...

Spent the night here with the family in a lovely room, very clean and comfortable, decorated thoughtfully to tie in with Americana and nearby Route 66. Holbrook is a sleepy town with a railway running through it, light sleepers should pack ear plugs (worked for me.) TV had loads of channels. Breakfast is basic but tasty and satisfying. Not much...

Room is large and bright furnished with memorabilia from Route 66 days. Excellent shower with all facilities perfectly clean.Attractive quilted bedspread and pillow set but polyester sheets! I would have given 5 stars but for the sheets!! Lovely pool area but too cold yet to use it. Liked the small plants in the room gave it a homely touch. The...

Clean, comfy tasteful remodel of a fifties motor court. Nice memorabilia in rooms. Sink is in separate room from toilet and shower. Shower is sprayer form with plenty of hot water. I talked to owner and his wife( both from Austria) who have owned this place for the last 7 years and continue to make improvements. Apparently according to them...

The rooms are clean and well appointed. Some old Route 66 funky furniture with ultra new plumbing. Breakfast is just a bit to B&B for me (assigned tables with flags); don't get me wrong, some people love socializing like this. Morning is a quiet contemplative time. Sweet couple from Austria make this motel as friendly as possible, and we had...

We enjoyed our two night stay in this quaint, clean motel. Very convenient for exploring the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert. Proprietors are personable and helpful. Breakfast is basic but included tasty scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal and fresh fruit.

Very friendly family run motel giving it a personal and committed touch. Provided a comfortable setting for that Route 66 experience. Clean and well maintained room and chatty breakfast: delighted to see a Scotland flag on our table with adjoining placements similarly flagged to encourage contact between guests.

This motel is older, but updated and very clean and comfortable. The linens and towels are not your standard issue - very nice. Rooms come equipped with coffee maker and frig. Modest continental breakfast. The proprietors escort you to your room and explain the details and also assign seating at breakfast with your state name at your place. Nice touch....

If you are tired of cookie cutter chains on the Interstate, I highly recommend the Globetrotter. It is a well maintained motor court along old Rte 66. Our room was clean, nice sized and comfortable with antiques and personal touches-books, heavy glass tumblers, and a bright sunflower sink but still modern with fridge, flat screen TV and lots of outlets...
