Four of us ladies spent the night at The Grand Hotel on a wine tasting get a way this past week. First of all, the front desk staff is so kind in helping select just the right room for the occasion. We wanted a view of the spectacular Verde Valley, plus two queen beds, and we got the best room...

We stayed here for an anniversary trip. The hotel is up on the hill overlooking the town and Verde Valley. We got a balcony room and it was worth it, very pretty just sitting there on the balcony and enjoy the view. The hotel is clean, and the staff was very friendly. On certain nights you can take a ghost...

We went for a couples weekend just before Valentine's Day 2017. We split the "Grand Suite" on the third floor. Two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, dining room, kitchen with gas stove and full size refridgerator, a living room with piano and a media room!! It was over 2,000 sft in all. The beds were very comfortable and we all...

We booked our hotel room on line..... We did not get the room that we " thought" we were getting. We did get the Grand Suite , however no discount or any type of compensation was offered. Not that we were looking for that it,would have been nice if something was offered or at least acknowledge of the mistake that...

Enjoyable weekend away. Rooms are comfortable if old fashioned. Asylum restaurant is amazing. Great views towards snow capped San Francisco peaks to the north and over Jerome and the Verdevalley. Our room faced the mountain with a quiet enclosed balcony and very private. TV had a poor picture.

Last minute reservations and we got the Deluxe Suite (over the entrance). These rooms, yes even ours, are dated, but what an experience! Water was tainted from a recent storm but they were very gracious with water bottles to accommodate us. These are older rooms, so do not expect the luxury of a 5 star hotel, enjoy the experience while...

We originally went there for a ghost hunting trip as the Jerome Grand Hotel is supposed to be haunted, which is no surprise since is was an old hospital for a long time. We've been on several ghost hunting tours at hotels before, but the tour at the Grand Hotel was by far the best. One of the family members...

This hotel sits at the very top Of the mountain in Jerome Arizona. The view is something you can't describe first of all and this hotel was once a old hospital any one who believes in ghost must visit this hotel. The restaurant was once a triage unit the old rooms were immaculate and my suggestion is to try one...

We happened to go to Jerome without any reservations...on Halloween Saturday. I called at 5:00 and they had a room. He said they normally have a 4 year wait! I thought he was joking, but when we arrived we started talking with someone who actually had made their reservation 4 years ago! I don't want to deal with ghosts, but...

Really a lovely hotel that the owners have taken great time and care restoring. The elevator and great Art Deco hints are very interesting. The ghosts left us alone. Make sure you know when everything closes and eat before it all (and I mean the whole town) shuts down for the evening. Also come prepared as there are few TV...
