My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Jerome Grand overlooking Jerome. Great place. Fun town. You'll wear your legs out walking. Lots of fun restaurants and interesting sights in Jerome. Highly recommended.

We were almost at the end of a long road trip and had stayed in a number of regular Hilton type hotels, the Jerome Grand Hotel was very different. On checking in, you might be a little disappointed with the reception and an initial look at the rooms. However, once we realised what the place was all about, we were...

This hotel is not for everyone but if in Jerome stop by for a drink or meal in the Asylum (resturant). The views of the valley are worth the winding drive up. We visited in October which seems to be their favorite month of the year. Rooms were funky but comfortable and the hot water mever ran out. Got lucky?...

To announce right away, we did not experience any paranormal activity during our stay. Bummer. But the hotel was great, and we had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Grand Suite -- 2 master bedrooms, full kitchen, multiple sitting rooms, dining room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Special shout-out and thank-you to Sarah and Shakir at the...

The rooms are spacious, dinner was delish. Check in person had the personality of a pet rock. When we were driving in to check in, he was right outside the front door smoking and looking down at his phone perhaps text messaging or something like that. He made no attempt of looking up or greeting the customers. He did move...

From check in to departure, our experiences at the Jerome Grand Hotel have always been first class. The staff are professional, yet down-to-earth and 'real', unlike a neighboring community that is pretentious and arrogant. The rooms are always very clean and nicely appointed. We enjoy the antiques and feel of bygone days with the décor; something appreciated in the historic...

We stayed for 2 nights and it was great. The room was clean. All of the employees were very helpful, nice. The 'Ghost Tour' at 6pm was informative and entertaining. From the disc we received back there were a few 'orbs' present. We ate desserts each night, no other meals, and the cheesecake, blackberry sundae and some chocolate mousse cake...

We are very happy with our stay at this hotel and our visit to Jerome. I have grown up in AZ(over 40yrs) and have never been to Jerome. We took our son who is 14 with us. Two nights was perfect. We had rooms 23 & 25. I won't tell you what happened in those rooms when it was a...

If you are going to visit Jerome this is a must see. Went on a clear day and you could see for at least 20 miles across the Verde Valley. Food was excellent and service was great, get a window seat if available. Hotel is supposed to be haunted, and staff is proud of it. You can wander a little...

Tommy knew all the stats and facts, and took the time to share them. Shaq at the front desk was very accomodating. It was a little noisey but that was because it was a Saturday, Sunday nothing starts early. There was bagles and coffee in the lobby.
