A mixed review. The rooms face onto the pool area and all have sea views. The decoration, though new, covered a multitude of defects. The rooms were clean however. The WiFi was next to useless. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the views were outstanding

I had the privilege to meet Bevan Franklin, who gave me a brief history of the Hotel. What an outstanding experience to see the executive staff and owners working alongside the other...

Was looking to stay in some 4 or 5 star place in PE but got confused with all the prices and terms, no breakfast, no separate bathrooms, different size rooms, no sea view. Read the one review no Trip adviser 'Wonderful view, spacious room" and booked the room. price was half of the fancy places. proved to be just what...

I had a balcony with a lovely view of the beach and the outdoor pool. The hotel is situated quite close to many tourists attractions and restaurants. Public transport is also available close by. The...

My son enquired about accomodation with Helena and I confirmed the reservation in August 2016 for 5 adults and 1 child I was told they would put us up in Dolphin's Nook (like a subcontract) at...

Went out of there way to make us feel at home. Rooms are spacious. Bar fridge in each room for you to use. Food was very good. We did...

I have stayed here many times but sadly it has gone from bad to worse. Door handles rusted, plastic chairs in the rooms. No fridge in the space provided. Unwashed shower. Limited TV channels. I am affraid this was my last stay there.

A large group of 50 pax used the venue for a conference, 2 night stay.I was a delegate. The service staff were excellent, helpful. We were not informed about wifi, had to pay a R100 deposit for a TV remote- so you can see where this is going... The venue has seen much better days. Far too few access control...
