Decided to take a break driving from Telluride to Tucson. The Hampton Inn in Kayenta was a very pleasant stay. A real surprise was the quality of the on site hotel restaurant, very good food and service with a nice Navajo touch to the menu.

Even though the hotel is going through renovations it was very quiet and the workers were polite. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was good. Perfect place to stay in Kayenta when traveling to Monument Valley and Utah.

Stayed here one evening on a road trip. Got it last minute using a phone call and had the managers special. Price was reasonable. They are renovating the hotel. I was placed in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, the smoke detector kept going off. We spoke with Holly, night manager, who quickly moved up to a new room....

First, they were in the process of room renovation when we were there. But we were in one of the newly-renovated rooms. Let me critique the results of the renovation: the furniture is too large for the room. The rooms are still small, smaller than you would expect for a motel charging these rates, so they should have chosen appropriately...

My wife and I were traveling from the Arches National Park to Phoenix. We stopped for the night at Hampton Inn and found the room, the people and the restaurant were all very good with positive attitudes and professional staff. Noticed that the were remodeling the room which we found very comfortable. The only thing a little negative was that...

Our check in was fast and efficient, I absolutely loved the traditional clothing the staff wore, very beautiful. Wi-Fi was fast, uploaded a ton of pictures, there is a restaurant on sight, but bring your own snacks. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at this property for one night and paid with a prepaid currency mastercard. We had dinner at the property which wasn't the best but was ok. We were given an invoice on departure for the cost of the room only but on return to Vegas noticed a discrepancy in our funds. The hotel had charged us for dinner...

Nice hotel. Being refurbished but didn't interfere with our stay. Dinner food was adequate but not great. Breakfast was great. Close to forest grump point in monument valley. Staff was attentive. Cute gift shop inside hotel

The Hampton Inn at Kayenta is well located on an Indian Reservation in northern Arizona. Excellent location for touring Monument Valley with its outstanding rock formations. Also a great location for travel between the desert region of California (Palm Springs etc) and Colorado or Utah.

Loved it even during construction. They are renovating all the rooms and it was still very quiet here. I loved the beds. I have a hard time finding a hotel that has softer beds and not so hard you feel like your sleeping on a rock. I had the best sleep in 3 days here. Great T.V. Channels, breakfast was...
