Very nice boutique hotel with good rooms and and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. In a good neighborhood of Jo-burg. Unfortunately, the property was undergoing some renovation and that impact was felt. However, we would go there again but making sure that the renovations are complete.

A little oasis in the heart of Sandton...amazing gardens .. Relax relax relax.. Service excellent. There is an in house cook who made lovely food. Loved the " honesty " bar.. As this proves the quality of the guests must be excellent. Location brilliant as about 1km for business centre which made it more relaxing.

This property is beautifully maintained and a little oasis in the posh Sandton neighborhood. The pool and grounds were beautiful and very quiet. Our room was spacious and quite opulent in contrast with the incredible cathedral ceiling and thatched roof. Staff was ok, breakfast a little meager i.e. fruit salad was a small bowl that was supposed to be shared...

William makes you feel absolutely great from the moment you step in the place. The first feeling is "peace". Silence, a beautiful garden and lovely rooms. The service is great and there's no sense of rush. Everything flows at the right speed. Special mention to the garden keepers who work endlessly to keep it perfect. Overall all the team was...

Restful and ambient for both work and holiday. The garden area was my highlight work and relaxing area while there were islolated moments to mingle with other friendly guests. The staff were amazing and despite the ongoing renovations and wifi challenges, overall a perfect retreat site

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nicely laid out. The room was spacious but very dark even with the lights turned on. However the website did not state they were under renovation and some facilities were not available. With the lack of a free shuttle service to one of the nearby malls and no onsite restaurant facilities...

The bathroom ceiling was covered with mold spores and the bed was lumpy. we actually could not stay the night because of the musty smell so we have to move to another hotel; of course the two nights bookings was non refundable. Most of the TV stations were in-accessible and the internet is slow to non existence.

Stayed 4 nights , thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Beautiful gardens & rooms, staff were relaxed and very helpful.Transfers to and from airport were easily arranged with a wonderful driver called Nelson. We engaged him as our tour guide, very knowledgable and accommodating. We would highly recommend the hotel and would stay again when in South Africa

We recently stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel at first glance is lovely, beautiful lush garden, pool (although not heated) and very spacious rooms and bathrooms. It is, however, in need of an update as everything is just a little bit tired. We stayed in the Jade room and after our first night had to ask...

We spent one night here before flying back home the day after, and we have been really happy with the choice. The hotel is very nice and clean, with a quiet, secluded garden. Parking is secure, and it wasn't busy at all when we stayed. The staff is always available and helpful, and the breakfast lovely. We would highly recommend...
