Friendly and welcoming staff from start to finish. Breakfast was a feature and the staff were terrific .Bars and restaurants superb Well located next to Nelson Mandela square with lots of restaurants and shopping.

This is a five star hotel where the superior room was opulent with large living area and superior bathroom. Not sure about deluxe
