This experience was so good that we didn't want to leave. We felt at home from the very first minute. However, the food, breakfast and dinner was much much better than home, in fact it was excellent. The staff was wonderfull and the owner and her family where lovely. Arie and Jane

This could be described as a 'restaurant with rooms'. The cooking and service on both nights was at an outstanding level. The chef is well recognised for her talents and clearly also has excellent organisational abilities ( which enables her to spend a bit of time with the customers rather than just in the kitchen). The bedrooms are very comfortable,...

Secure parking in beautiful gardens, nice welcome in the really nice dining hall. Our room was magnificent. Everything worked well, we had access to a shared balcony with great views. (A screened private area was also available). Nice toiletries and a little glass of port left in our rooms were also nice touches. Breakfast was very nice, although a lack...

Had three of the four rooms - all well appointed, access to deck overlooking river - friendly, excellent service - great dinners in the restaurant; with bountiful breakfast provided as part of the B & B guesthouse - owners warm, helpful - don't miss if in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at the oasis that is Serendipity, beautiful guest house overlooking the lagoon at Wilderness. Our room was tastefully decorated and opened onto the patio where we enjoyed fabulous pre-dinner drinks, white port with a twist of lemon for me, while Rudolf, talked us through the menu of his award winning chef wife, Lizelle. We then...

Fantastic experience...the rooms are well-appointed with a beautiful shared patio overlooking the river. Special touches include delicious homemade biscotti in the room each day and a local sherry. The hosts are very friendly and helpful with local information. I enjoyed every moment. Location offered great access to the entire Garden Route region and you can walk to the beach and...

Overall a highly recommended venue for the special occasion. Lovely room. Personal, friendly service. Beautiful, quiet surroundings on the edge of the river. The ultimate and probably only five course fine dining experience in the area. Enjoyed a long paddle up the river in one of the available canoes before our hearty and well prepared breakfast.

Had an absolutely amazing one night stay here! We treated ourselves to the five star dinner and had the most perfect, romantic start to our honeymoon! I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone wanting to stay in this area!

Outstandingly charming location with outperforming F&B, intimacy and hardly to top friendlyness of the hosting couple. Even frequent travellers will find a unique experience at Serentipity in any Quality aspect as well as what regards the value for Money.
