We enjoyed just two nights at Porcupine Pie and wish we had been able to stay longer. Now back in the UK and I can say this was my highlight of our five week stay along the garden route. If you love a wonderful view from your room, comfortable bed, a bathroom with a view to die for, peace &...

Beautiful peaceful surroundings, with amazing views, only 15 minutes up a single slightly bumpy track from the coast...a place to unwind! John is a very good host and great Chef (if you don't mind dinner at a set time), wonderful breakfasts and good knowledge of the area

The property is set in a beautiful remote valley location, with accommodation comprising of a Lapa and three stilt cabins set into a steep grassy valley with fantastic views. The cabins are spotless, fully equipped (snacks/wine/beers/biscuits) etc to enable you to have a comfortable evening, bearing in mind the remoteness of the property, this was an excellent touch. The spacious...

Fantastic place where you can relax. The way up is quite narrow and bumpy, but once in place, the view is extraordinary. Unfortunately, we had bad luck with the weather as it rained quite a lot. If you come here, taker a walk from the house to the waterfall. Well worth it!
