Great setting in the bush. However road leading to it is absolutely awful and back breaking. It is a fair distance from Kruger so takes a while to get there and back. Olaf and Stephanie are great hosts. She made us lovely meals and Olaf took us for a whole day's drive to Kruger. He's very knowledgeable and keen to...

The roads leading to Nsele Safari Lodge is Designed for 4x4 or 2x4 vehicles only. Do not go with any other vehicle. The owners fail to mention the its 14km of dirt road. The food isn't 3star quality. Breakfast is a cold buffet. The only thing hot they offer you is toast and tea or coffee. Supper is dry flavourless...

Firstly if you want to visit this venue with a normal motor vehicle DON'T!! YOU will damage your car and this is not told to you even if you ask the venue about the roads they don't tell you this. To get to the venue you need to travel on a terrible dirt road of about 14km, of which 4km...

Received a warm welcome by Olaf. Stayed for two nights in a comfortable room and enjoyed Stefanie's home cooked meals. The 'honesty' bar was well stocked and coffee and tea were available all the time. I would recommend this camp to small groups

Never have we been received in such a warm and welcome way. It's a lovely place. Stephanie 's cooking and Olaf 's expertise in safari and wild life are the perfect combination for an unforgettable stay.

We are a German family with 3 teenagers and visited Nsele Lodge in August. Olaf and his team is very friendly, we enjoyed the hospitality and felt at home. We can really recommend this lodge and the safari with Olaf, who is very experienced and skilled. We learned a lot.

We had the pleasure to stay here for two nights on our tour. The lodge was great. Rooms were clean, tidy and of a reasonable size. Nice comfy beds with mosquito nets. Bathroom were large. Wifi is available at a small cost. The hosts were brilliant. Stephanie definitely knew how to cook. We were well fed both nights with a...

I can't say enough sweet things about this property. I will say that Olaf is the BEST tour guide there is.. within one day at the park we saw nearly every single animal in the book.. this was thanks to Olaf for spotting them. I would have never spotted them alone. His wife cooked incredible meals from stratch. See you...

Been coming to this haven for roughly 2 years and quite frankly ticks all the boxes. A true South Africa gem in the heart of the Greater Kruger region and only an hour drive to the main gate of Kruger National Park. The drive alone there is an adventure to say the least and so much to take in. Stephanie,...

Spent the day visiting the white lions and took a bush walk with Olaf. The experience was wonderful and informative. Grand kids stayed at the lodge and "the ladies" watched them with care and love. We had an authentic "bush" lunch back at the lodge and enjoyed some interesting stories from Olaf and his lovely wife.
