Layout and location of Rhino Post Safari Lodge is ideal for a Kruger Safari. Lodge and rooms overlook dry river bed (dry season) which consistently had animals walking by. This included buffalo, elephant, impala, kudu and hyena. Rooms are luxury tents and have private deck, outdoor shower and are extremely comfortable with all amenities you need. Meals are communal with...

We stayed for 5 nights between the lodge, the plains camp and the sleep out. This was an unforgettable (for all the right reasons!) visit. We saw game (everything but the elusive leopard) by vehicle and on foot. The facilities were 'luxury in the bush', the food was unbelievable and all of the staff made us feel like we were...

We absolutely loved Rhino Post. We stayed 2 nights and saw all of the big 5 bar leopard (plus hyena, giraffe, zebra and more). We only spent 1 night in our spacious, gorgeous cabin because the other was spent on a sleepout (a tent on raised decking in the middle of the bush). I wouldn't have known you could do...

On the way back to Jo'burg from a wedding in Moz, my Fiancee and I had an early honeymoon in the Kruger. Thanks to the ridiculous exchange rate in our favour, meant we could look at places like Rhino Post Safari lodge to stay via Siabona (good travel agent). We arrived and were met by a pleasant guy (apologies name...

Dear Roadtripper101 Thank you very much for the great review, we are delighted that you enjoyed your time with us, and hope to have the pleasure of your company again. With regard to the internet, our only access here is via satellite, and it is both extremely costly and very slow. When we introduced the wi-fi hotspot, we did not...

It's website does not do it justice! It's a small, very well managed, friendly safari lodge with lots of small, classy touches that make it very personal. From the moment of being met at Skukuza Airport we did not lift a finger! Stunning rooms suspended amongst the trees, beautifully appointed in character with the location, communal eating in front of...

I went in 2013 with the family and some friends, not quite knowing what to expect. It is a little upmarket but you get the most fantastic experience Nestled by a dry river, we saw Elephants early morning slowly ambling past the lodge. A leopard had left its kill nearby on a tree and, well i could go on and...

Our family of four (two teenage girls) had a quick stop at Rhino Post while we were travelling from Victoria Falls to Sabi Sand. It was our first trip to Africa and we wanted to experience Kruger National Park. We arrived at Rhino Post in the dark, around 6:30pm. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and the views were amazing....

My wife and I had a five day holiday in Kruger. We moved from north to south ending in Sabi Sands so we needed a place to overnight to make the drives shorter between lodges. We spent one night at Rhino Post and enjoyed it very much. A bit "modern" in a bush lodge way but very nice. Loved the...
