We found the resort extremely well maintained, with great food, beautiful rooms, and very friendly and cooperative staff. The safari guides were fantastic too, and made the twice daily trips into the bush both interesting and fun.

One thing we didn't like were the kids running around. It marred an otherwise wonderfule stay. If possible, leave your kids at home or put them in a cage. Sorry, I'm not kid-phobic but game lodges like Imbali don't enhance other guests experiences with kids screaming, shouting and crying, what have you. I know that's what they do but think about other people.
