Visited this camp for coffee a couple of years back and promised to stay next time and it didn't disappoint. Set on a hill overlooking the Olifants river it's situated in a magical position especially at sunset. Rooms are of average Kruger Park quality so don't expect luxury, basic but functional is how I would describe them but hey ho...

We had a chalet on the perimeter with stunning views up and down the river. The unit was small and quite old, with a very noisy air conditioner but the view from the outside kitchenette makes up for it all. The unit was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The shop is big and well stocked. The Mug...

Olifants stands on a beautiful location overlooking the Olifants River. Game viewing with a beer or wine in your hand is easy. Sunsets are stunning BUT The campsite looks well maintained, the roads and walkways are clean and tidy, the rondavels laid out in rows but the choice of rondavels is limited. It is basically a 2 or 3 bedded...

Quiet, friendly staff, good restaurant and shop. We had a river view rondavel which cost a bit more but is worth every cent extra. Looking over the river we saw hippos, elefants and different antelopes We also had the early morning drive which we however cannot recommend to anyony. First hour in darkness with 2 search lights and driving through...

This camp overlooks Olifant River and is perfectly located high above to watch game on the river bank. The rondavels are clean and comfortable. Restaurant and shop is very good. Thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. Game viewing in the park is great!

You gonna rent a small bungalow like everywhere in this Park. If you are lucky, you're gonna get a bungallow with nice view over the river. :) There is a small cooking posibilty on the bungalow, which is very useful. Good value for the price. There is also a pool inside the camp.

Friendly staff at reception and our riverview bungalow had the best view ever! We saw more game from our stoep than driving around on the roads. Witness was our cleaning lady and she did an excellent job. One of the smaller rest camps and we absolutely adored this camp!

There is a Mug 'n Bean restaurant in the park with a great view of the river below. We saw many animals through our binoculars. Our bungalow had airconditioning and a fridge and was very comfortable. Car can be parked next to the bungalow.

We visited Olifantscamp in april 2016 when a storm was going over Kruger. The camp lies high above Olifantsriver. We had booked a chalet with the best view over the river but unfortunately due to the weather we could not sit outside and enjoy the view. The chalet was a round structure with outside kitchen and a sink in the...
