We booked a suite of rooms as this was the only room available and wow what an amazing treat! From the verandah with hammock to the beautiful rooms and the quirky outside shower we absolutely loved everything about our rooms. We even arrived early enough to enjoy a swim in one of the beautiful pools. Breakfast was fabulous and what...

We spent five nights at Rissington Inn from Friday 4th to Wednesday 9th November 2016. Hazyview is centrally placed for visiting The Blyde River Canyon and other interesting places, such as The Elephant Sanctuary, The Blyde River Reservoir boat trip, Pilgrim’s Rest and day trips into Kruger National Park to name but a few. Rissington Inn is at the southern...

We came to Rissington with very high expectations, and so often this can lead to disappointment. Unequivocally our expectations were met. No you can't always rely on the internet speed, but you can rely on very comfortable and clean rooms, outstanding friendly service, excellent food and a quality wine list. If we come back this way, we won't even look...

Nice hotel in a quiet domain just outside Hazyview. First stop of our honeymoon. The room was really Big just for the two of us. Breakfast and diner were good, No remarks. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed for a week in February, having previously only had 2 or 3 nights, and it was a great place to wind down. Only had one short drive into Kruger, plenty else to do. The owner regularly chats to all his guests and is most helpful. And he will not allow mobile phones in the dining area, hurrah!

Although our discovery of the lovely Rissington Inn was only made in recent years, each time we go there is a pleasant treat. Lovely menu with surprising dishes, all bringing happiness to your palette. Well priced wines and a good selection to boot. Being served by happy smiley faces adds to the overall experience.

We stayed at Rissington for seven nights which is unusual as most people stay for a couple of nights only. We based ourselves here, preferring to drive to various places each day and we're glad we did. The rooms were spacious and the view great. Staff were very attentative and friendly. We were offered additional meal choices as we were...

We stayed in Rissington Inn for two nights, it is a lovely building, everything to a very high standard. Staff, food and surroundings were great. We stayed in a garden lodge and enjoyed a huge bedroom, with lovely view from veranda. The food was good and the atmosphere was very friendly.

I've been at Rissington Inn on and off over many years (and my family visits often, too). It's a place that caters to a guest that wants something inviting, a room with all the necessary comforts and excellent food. It is also such a beautiful setting and part of the world. Easy to get into the Kruger National Park from...

The attitude of the staff sets this "Inn" apart. Friendly, happy, and accommodating, and a welcome difference. Rustic, relaxing and comfortable. We hope to return in the not too distant future. Very convenient for accessing the Kruger via Paul Kruger, Phabeni or Numbi gates.
