The hotel is situated overlooking the Longmere Dam which is very picturesque. The main hotel is as I remembered it 20 years ago when I last stayed there, the rooms are comfortable but with older style furnishings, the bathrooms have been redone nicely. The food was very nice, all buffet style but a wide variety of food to suit all...

Being at Pine Lake Inn for a conference the very friendly staff did everything to satisfy our demands. The rooms are newly renovated (rooms 400) and clean. Amenities in sachets are not my favourite, however the rooms are spacious and the bath is on suite. Wifi in the rooms is a challenge. In the dining room and lounge you have...

Very average experience, food disappointing, staff very friendly but not very knowledgeable, wifi didn't work, no running routes known, could do better, rooms not bad, would love to return if things improve.

Beautiful surroundings. Serene. A place to come to "just be". a real gem of a place. I loved the decor, the reception staff were very polite and helpful. Excellent views from the dining room and the outdoor bar area. Room was comfortable, very clean. I am planning another trip with my whole family. Gym Facilities.

Great African decor and feel, great views across the lake, excellent pool and outdoor bar area. Good size rooms with comfortable beds, poor lighting in the bedrooms and especially the bathrooms. Friendly reception, some of the younger staff need to smile!! Overall good service and would stay here again.

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Pine Lake Inn from 23 – 27 September 2015. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty by all the friendly staff members. We stayed in one of the two suites (suite 401). Our suite was very large with an open plan lounge, dining room, king size...

Booked as part of a Kuoni trip as it was reasonably close (45 mins) to Kruger National Park, Whilst this hotel whilst looked impressive externally & in the public rooms the bedrooms & service was a real disappointment. The rooms whilst spacious but the decor was tired, they had very noisy air-con which markedly chilled one bed whilst leaving the...

Hotel with great potential and beautiful surroundigns. Unfortunaely there were few buts: 1. smelly towels and bed sheets - like they were not washed properly and smileless service. It was really a pity for us. Because the place was very nice.

Stayed for two nights at this hotel (twin room) as part of a round trip in South-Africa. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant offers buffet dinners, which are varied but still, it's buffet food. Wouldn't stay again for this reason. As we didn't have our own transportation (part of a tour-group by bus) we were unable to eat...

My husband, my self and Two close friends stayed here on route to Hazyview for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good , but I believe the lake on the property was the star of the show .There were pedalos for hire along with kayaks with which to explore the lake. The manager was...
