After 2 days of great adrenaline rush with skydive and bungee, it was an excellent option of staying at black rhino which is so raw and untouched with pure nature. Sighting of animals was fun with our guide, Philip (he is an excellent spotter for the animals in the wild). We saw wild elephants at our lobby pond, cheetahs, mother...

We stayed for a couple of days here - definitely not long enough. We thoroughly enjoyed the game drives, seeing cheetahs, impalas, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, lions, rhinos, buffalos, elephants, jackals, kudus and so many more. The chalet rooms were wonderful (though bathroom needed a bit of updating & maintenance) - roomy and comfortable. Facilities on site were good; the main...

We have just returned from South Africa after a fabulous 14 days away. The highlight of our trip was a 3 night stay at Black Rhino. From arrival to a very sad departure, we were looked after by the incredible staff. Eva, on arrival was charming, professional and within 10 minutes, we knew this was an exceptional place. Our chalet,...

I spent two nights at BRGL, and went on 4 safari drives. Pros: Food is fantastic. Lamb, well-prepared vegetables, and homemade desserts are an everyday affair. Staff is friendly and caring. (One caveat, below) Guide was knowledgeable, and genuinely cared if we got to see animals! Stain drove safely and quickly in order to show us as much as possible....

This reserve is fantastic, the best trip I have ever had to the Pilanesberg. The reserve is private so it is incredibly quiet and also luxurious. The welcome you get, the service, the location, the game drives just everything is fantastic. I wish we could have stayed much longer than just two nights. It is also close to JHB so...

This was our first visit to a game park with our young kids. Their first chance to see animals in the bush. It was a wonderful experience for us and them. The room was large enough to accommodate us and our 2 and 4 year old. Food was great, game ranger knowledgeable and patient with young kids. Great experience all...

Spent 2 night in Black Rhino and it was great. Our room, a sort of chalet/condo, well maintained, very spacey and clean. It contained a big bed, couch with a coffee station, fireplace and tv, plenty of closet-space and a bathroom with bath and shower. Right outside the door is a patio which combines 3 room with a small swimming...
