What an adventure! My wife and I can't stop telling our friends and family about this amazing experience. Vincent & Charmaine, our guides and hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. They both had a wealth of knowledge about the reserve and the animals. It was an unforgettable experience. The lodge itself was very comfortable and the food was fantastic. We...

Visited with friends from overseas with limited time. Saw 4 of the big five in two days. Good accommodation and guiding - very friendly and accommodating guide and management. Cuisine ok but dont expect gourmet menu. The bonus is the 2 game drives included and relaxed atmosphere.

This trip exceeded all our expectations. We received a very warm welcome and the lodges were beautiful and comfortable. The lodge is small (Max 10 guests) so you really get a very personal touch and are made to feel 'part of the family'. the kids loved chatting to the staff who made us all feel very special. We didn't realize...

Everything about this place is perfect from the accommodation, meals, staff, the lodge and the setting. The lodge is set up so that all guests are able to go on game rides if they wish - no need to book a place as there is always one available. Game rides were perfect with Garrod the best guide ever providing information...

Pilanesberg Private Lodge exceeded all my expectations. The lodging was incredible, the food was heavenly, and the animals were breath-taking. The private chalets are kept in mint condition and have great features like outdoor showers and double sinks. The main lodge is a creative mix of Pilanesberg wilderness (animal décor) and modern features (big screen TV, full bar). The watering...

The PPL owner and staff exceeded our expectations--professional, knowledgeable, kind!!! The property was perfect for our mother/daughter experience (2 friends also stayed in a separate chalet). The food was gourmet--every day, plus we had no idea that South African wine would be such a treat--loved it! The game drives & bush walk--we do not have enough words to describe our...

Four of the most amazing days of my travelling life. I cannot find fault with this accommodation/experience. They arranged reasonable price transfers, were more than welcoming and seemed to make sure everyone was happy. Our particular ranger guide Jarod was just brilliant and Enpu the chef created great food and good sizes portions of it. Heard later on that other...

I was staying in South Africa for some time and wanted to spend some time on safari. I chose this lodge and certainly haven't regretted it. Jarrod the ranger was brilliant, my room was nice (I saw a fair amount of animals when i was laid in bed) and the drives were amazingly successful. I have to say if you're...
