Spent 3 nights at the palace of the lost city in early January. Great hotel but fairly busy. Rooms are great however bathrooms are a little dated. Breakfast was a bit of a challenge due to the hotel being very busy. Relaxing around the pool was great and service all round was excellent Enjoyed high tea which is always a...

We came here for the first part of our honeymoon from 28th Dec – 2nd Jan and all I can say is WOW. The hotel is unreal and like nothing I have ever seen before! Upon arriving we were greeted by the manager who congratulated us on our marriage – which I thought was really nice. We had arrived early...

We go every year for a few days. The Palace has everything you need. the service is always excellent. The best part is the buffet for dinner, it has so many options and is excellent value. In general, the prices for food and drinks are very reasonable for such a fantastic resort. It's a great family holiday. Going back soon.

I stayed at the Palace a few years ago and it was amazing. This time, I was looking very much forward to the trip but was left disappointed. The hotel, whilst still quite remarkable, was very run down. The earthquake bridge no longer works, the staff lost part of our booking, misplaced our cases, forgot our drinks orders many times...

I had been looking forward to staying here over the December holidays for a long time. I made very advance bookings at PEAK daily rates. Overall I had a good stay but I really had to lower my expectations to a more realistic level. The service is really average, and in some parts of the property non-existent. I will never...

Have spent four nights at The Palace Of Lost City, in Sun City, in January 2017, with my wife and my 2 kids (10 and 12). This is a top 5 star hotel, offering resort type of services, and it is an excellent option in case you are planning to do a Safari. The Palace is just 10 minutes a...

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with my wife and two children. This is such a wonderful hotel and very well built with great features. Check in was smooth- though we arrived a bit early, the hotel did everything to get us a ready family room for an early check in which we greatly appreciated. The room was...

We stayed here for a night as guests attending the Nedbank Challenge golf tournament. This was our first time back after many years and this hotel still provides a great experience. The rooms are super-spacious and the service is excellent. The TV viewing in the rooms was knocked out by lightening during a rain storm but I guess that was...

The Palace is a magnificent building and the proportions are stunning and over sized. The check in was effortless and were accommodating as we arrived early. The bedrooms are extremely spacious with a huge bathroom. Shower was good. Came with nespresso machine and pods and beautiful tea. Unfortunately the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Had worst nights sleep. Breakfast was fantastic...
