We spent two nights at the Palace - an incredible experience! Service is fantastic and the staff are incredible! Breakfast is superb (and seriously has something for everyone!). Comfy beds, a great pool (that on weekends is a far better option than the Valley of the Waves which gets pretty busy with day visitors).

We stayed at the Palace in September 2016 while they were busy with their renovations. This was a bit inconvenient but still acceptable when taking into account they were busy with a major revamp of Sun City. We stayed in the Family room and the children had a pull out bed made up for them at night. The bed was... More

We are from South Africa and decided to visit one of our country's most famous hotels for four nights. What a delight it was! It literally felt like we had stepped into a lost city. The buildings, gardens and decor are incredible. The service from check in was excellent and all staff members were polite and friendly, from concierge through... More

One of the best hotels I've ever been to in my life. Excellent rooms. Impeccable service. A to-die for breakfast. The landscaping and swimming pools are breath taking. The hotel offers safari and other tourist attractions services that you can book for from the hotel. Beautiful amazing Africa. Left a part of my soul there. Must go.

I think it`s next to impossible to express briefly all emotions. They are very complex and of course all are positive. That`s why I dare to say just in one word, NO! in two. It`s Paradise on Earth! I wish I could visit it once again.

An excellent place to spend a few days out of the ordinary. The services where good, except with a delay of an hour to get the room ready on the check in. Restaurant and the bar are very nice. Free wifi all over. The swimming pool is excellent. Overall was a nice experience and definitely a big reason to return.

We stayed in 2 rooms at the palace. From arrival you are pampered - the valet meet you at the entrance, there is a welcome lady that takes you to reception and then to your room.
