We had a lovely, restful stay at the Villa Rosa. Lynn and her staff were absolutely brilliant with everything we needed. Our room was perfect and Jack, our dog, was very comfortable and felt at home. Loved the view of Lions Head from our bathroom, was my best! Breakfast was the berries!! Thank you Lynn, Papi and the rest of...

My daughter & i spent 5 happy very days at the Villa Rosa. Great location, warm, welcoming and helpful hosts; delicious breakfasts (although bacon would be a great addition to the eggs!). The room was comfortable and spacious. Highly recommended.

Thanks so much, it was lovely to have you to stay. We love our cold cuts instead of bacon as it's just a bit different from what you normally get in SA, but you can always ask for bacon next time, no problem!

Once I've made the booking I have not heard from this establishment again, not what is your expected time etc. Upon arrival no one was there, so I stood in a drizzle rain on a busy main road in Sea Point, ringing the bell and later on phoning the number, but no answer. Eventually a guy drove past saying "I'll...

We do sincerely apologise for you having to wait at the gate while our staff member quickly fetched his daughter from school. It shouldn't have happened - I was away at the time and we had no-one on hand for those 10 minutes to man the door - all we can say is a huge sorry. We're also sorry that...

Villa Rosa is a very accommodative Guest House located in a very secure area which is closer to all amenities. You can find My Citi bus at the gate for the ease of CT movement. All facilities are within reach. The staff at Villa Rosa is excellent, friendly and always willing to assist in whatever challenge, so is the owner....

Very nice B&B. Very clean. Food was good and service was attentive and helpful with suggestions, directions, and arrangements. An easy walk to the waterfront. Be careful if you need wifi as ours was a bit intermittent and you had to move around to get a good 'spot'. We had three rooms and it definitely worked better in one. Make...

Many thanks! We'll see if we can improve the wifi - we recently put a new router in the roof to improve our wifi cover, perhaps it needs a bit of adjustment.
