The penthouse has a great view of Lion's Head. The location was awesome for Bootleggers Coffee. Average accommodations for the price and view of the ocean--view is minimal. It was nice but not memorable.

We travel often to Cape Town and each time, search out a different hotel or bed-and-breakfast. This hotel's central location in Sea Point is second to none. Our room was spacious and clean and set up nicely for us to eat kosher. The front desk staff was only helpful. The bathroom was on the tiny side but clean. All in...

Slightly strange layout (v.large bed smallish room, large balcony), very clean, helpful staff, odd sink (can just about get your hands under the tap). Good location, good breakfast at Bootlegger, or Knead, noisy seagulls. Do the Red Bus (careful 2 day, and not 48 hour pass). Bus card available at Sea Point bus station, cheap to get around. A little gem in the heart of Seapoint. Good value too. Close to shopping centres and good restaurants as well as to the Seapoint promenade where there are delightful walks and outdoor activities. Quiet environment.

Stayed here at the end of our SA trip prior to flying home. Easy to leave the car here in the secure car park and get the bus into central CT - bus terminal just 5 mins walk away. Plenty bars/restaurants/shops close by, and of course the sea! Spacious room and balcony (we were in the penthouse) and super views...

I cannot praise the staff and facilities of the Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel highly enough. The hotel is secure, well-equipped (there's even a heated towel rack!), with excellent cable TV and WiFi, and in a great centrally located neighborhood. The manager (thank you, Natasha!) went out of her way to ensure that our (5-day) stay with them was the best...

Perfect stay at the Atlantic ! Location is excellent, close to the beach. The room was spacious, bed very comfy and big, as the shower/bathroom. We spent three nights there and almost felt like home ! Definitely recommended !

My husband and I recently stayed here for my 40th birthday celebration in Cape Town. We were very impressed with the spacious room, equipped kitchen, mini bar, sitting area and lovely balcony. The staff was very friendly on check-in. I can definitely recommend this hotel for its location, safety and beautiful clean rooms.

We had booked a Luxury Superior Suite for 6 nights at this hotel through our German Travel Agent. The hotel voucher issued by their South African partner stated this. When we arrived we received a friendly welcome from the receptionist Alice and were given a key to room no. 204. When we had a look at the room we realized...

Dear Guest, Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this experience may have caused you. Your travel agent booked one of our Superior Suites and that was the room we reserved for you and which was paid for. It transpired upon arrival that you were under the impression that the booking was for a Luxury Superior Suite and...

Is Atlantic Affair a boutique hotel or a lodge? I thought it was a hotel based on the name, but it's actually a lodge that does not offer and food or bar facilities to their guests. Very misleading! My room was large and spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was small with little room to move. The basin is very modern...

Atlantic Affair is a luxury self-catering facility with a 4* grading. While we do not have a restaurant on the premises we are located in the heart of Sea Point well within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and various eateries in Cape Town. There are kitchenettes and mini bars in each room and a honesty bar in...
