We arrived in the afternoon at Cape Town station. The reception was friendly and efficient to pick-up and transfer to Taj Cape Town. We only had one night stay with Taj. However all experiences were perfect for us except on thing. We had an high floor room which has a French window and balcony allowed as to enjoy the view...

We have travelled far and wide and have seldom experienced this level of customer service in any hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful food, comfortable and well stocked rooms and exceptionally clean. To the Taj Hotel staff - well done and keep it up. Shahrzad & Brett Hone

We have just had a five-night and a one-night stay at the Taj with a short break between as we did some touring around Cape Province. The Taj is a top flight international hotel so high quality accommodation and service is to be expected. But I have to say that our stays exceeded expectations in several ways including: The friendliness...

The Taj is located within a short walk of the Parliament building. The Company gardens are just around the corner. Restaurants and shops are located on the street alongside the hotel. The interior is luxurious and the staff welcoming. Free drinks were provided on arrival. My room on the 17th floor had a fantastic city view. The bed was comfortable...

We stayed here for 4 days and loved it so much that we never wanted to leave! They have a special Indian breakfast that took me straight back to my moms kitchen, they also made special vegetarian sushi...

My wife and I stayed here for four nights on holiday. We both agreed that the room was very nicely appointed and enjoyed the lobby breakfast. While I thought the location was good as a base, my wife said that next time she would prefer to stay near the waterfront. If the location works for you, the hotel is great!

We went there for New Years Eve, and I think it is a very good hotel for business. Because I think the best place to stay in Cape Town is around Waterfront, and Taj is in downtown, so we couldn't get there walking. Staff is kind and attentive, but something had happened to me there and I think a better...

Beautiful , luxurious hotel in the heart of Cape Town. A group of friends and I transferred to this hotel because we had been booked at what turned out to be a horrible hotel. We received a warm welcome and were very pleased with the change. The rooms were great with great views of Table Mountain. One high point was...
