We stayed for just a short Christmas break and loved it here! Anne and Bruce were so welcoming and friendly as hosts, really helpful with local tips and ideas. A nice family atmosphere, very friendly owner, centrally located, good parking possibilities, delicious, fresh fruit salad, homemade jam and warm kitchen too for breakfast! Very clean and cozy rooms! Perfect stay!

We had our 2nd stay at Underberg Guesthouse. The rooms are very clean, privacy, very nice Guest-Parents =) Annie and Bruce are very helpful. You feel like coming home. We will come back next year. Close to Long-Street and nice Bars.

Underburg House was my base for a short stay in Cape Town. It is very conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood but close to a lot of amenities. Anne is very helpful and her own elegance is reflected in the decor of her guesthouse which could easily appear in 'Homes and Gardens'.

a friend and I visited the Underberg House in November of 2016 and what an experience. I have traveled out of the USA before but never before have I had such an incredible experience. Wonderful guesthouse with great hosts who helped us with all we needed and even more! They offered selfmade Marmelade and delicious fruitsalad and much more for breakfast. Also gluten free bread was available!! Also our room was amazing with a huge bathroom! Thank you Anne and Bruce - we just felt home! :)

It was great. We have really enjoyed pur Tim in this guest house! Good Breakfast, nice House with beautiful rooms in area near to the table Mountain, the kloof street and the waterfront. And very friendly owners!
