I would not call it executive suites in any way. We waited 15 minutes to check in as no one was there at the after hours reception at 530 or so in the evening. The rooms are small and the bathrooms barely have space to even stand. In fact the toilet is jammed between the wall and the shower cubicle.... More

Amalfi apartments are not executive suites - the entire experience is best summed up by the availability of parking. The room is extremely basic and during my recent stay I was confronted with - noise (drilling) during the day due to extending cooling systems for a restaurant, squadrons of flies in the bedroom that I had to request the cleaners... After being told that all we needed was confirmation of booking we were denied access to our rooms in the early hours of the morning and after being rudely and unprofessionally asked to leave the hotel even though we had payed for two rooms, had to make another plan for accommodation. The manager was disgusting and unhelpful and didn't want... More

The hotel has spacious rooms & they're clean but reception needs a lot of work. Reception staff is very friendly but they need to look presentable & have name tags: After 8 the guy that works at the other reception is usually clueless. I hope they fix the wireless soon

We arrived late at 11 pm to get the shock of our lives. Despite using the online booking and paying with the company credit card and the hotel successfully taking the payment, we were told by the receptionist that unless the owner of the card was present we could not be given a room. This was the first time we... More

We decided to stay in Sea Point rather than in the centre on Cape Town just so that we could feel the 'vibe' ... the real vibe of Cape Town, and were not disappointed! We also decided not to stay in the ubiquitous homogenous tourist hotel we would stay in a locally run establishment and again we were not disappointed.... More

This hotel location is excellent, it is easily accessible by My city bus services and is on the main road in sea point. Awesome restaurants and bars as well as shopping close by. The rooms are large with a comfortable bed. I just had a few bad experiences with a cockroach infestation. The wifi is excellent and the sea gulls... More
