I stayed 4 nights in the guesthouse and very, very much enjoyed my stay. The room (“2) which is in the main house was cozy and nicely decorated (as well as the single budget room in the separate building where I spent my last night). The main house is an old colonial house with wooden floors and enclosed veranda overlooking...

MedVilla is a lovely old house turned into a small gracious guesthouse. Situated in a quiet, pretty, leafy area of Cape Town, it's minutes by car to the waterfront and other sightseeing locations. My room was very comfortable and quiet, and the breakfasts were delicious. I can't say enough good about Petra, who was always helpful and charming. Orchids, too,...

I stayed in the Med. Villa for one week during my business trip. It was my first time in Capetown but the staff members made me feel welcome and were friendly and helpful throughout the whole time. The villa itself as well as the rooms are clean and big enough. There is free coffee and tea and if you fancy...

We greatly enjoyed our one-week stay at the Mediterranean Villa. The owners and staff were always very friendly and helpful (e.g. with restaurant recommendations and reservations, taxi ordering...) By the way, there are numerous very good restaurants in walking distance of the guesthouse! Our room was very nice and clean and the service was perfect. The pool surrounded by palms...

After a most delicious breakfast, Andreas could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our activities. The facility was clean, well appointed and a pleasure to come home to after a busy day in the city. Very accessible to all activities in a safe neighborhood, this was the perfect home away from home.

This is an excellent guest house in a perfect location, just a £3 taxi ride to the V and A and a ten minute walk from Long Street. Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill are also very close. Very clean room off a lovely courtyard, great pool area although we didn't use it, and a good breakfast. The staff...

We arived here on the doorstep following a recommendation from the owner of the local coffee shop and immediately felt this was the place to be at the end of a wonderful holiday touring the eastern and western cape. The welcome is delightful and Petra, the manager, could not be more helpful. She was assisted by Michael, who seems to...
